I have been a patient of Dr. Noorian for 5 or 6 years now. He is very thorough, kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He always takes time to explain things and answer questions and I’ve never felt rushed during appointments. The staff is friendly and I have always had non-urgent calls returned within at least 1 business day. Urgent matters like acute illnesses requiring immediate attention are always addressed as a priority and the office does a great job accommodating needs for more urgent appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

impeccable bedside manners. does not seem to be primarily concerned with patient throughput as most hospital systems are today. similar to my own physician, he actually took the time to really understand my mother, not only her physical, but also her emotional ailments

Michelle from Dr. Nader Noorian’s office is a nightmare. You can tell she hates her job. Not friendly, cold, insensitive and careless to return calls to patients. Sadly, she continues to work in this office that I like the doctor. Unfortunately staff can make or break a business. Michelle is the office assistant to the doctor and his nurses.

The doctor is great but His assistances needs to either get customer service training or leave to a job she can like a bit.
