Kristina Smith has created Village Wellness Center which offers a wonderful space to provide supportive and compassionate therapy and counseling. Promoting growth and psychological health for individuals, couples and families and honoring and respecting the uniqueness of each person is of the utmost priority. When you first meet with Kristina, you just feel so safe + heard. When you find a therapist who not only knows how to listen but also has real life experience getting through the same things you're struggling with, you've found a keeper. She makes you feel completely normal when that's the furthest from how you feel and helps you to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would highly recommend reaching out to Kristina if you're a mother looking for support in ways that only another mother can provide. She's incredible.
