I have been coming to Platinum Medical Spa for quite a few years. I always think about going somewhere else but I feel safe here! The office is clean and everyone who works here is lovely, professional and courteous. They make me feel comfortable and calm and take my fears away. Since the change of ownership, there was a seamless transition. Dr Malecki is very knowledgeable about all of the products and treatments out there. He always answers my questions and I never feel any pressure to do anything I don’t want to do. I can take my time and decide when I want to try a service. Highly recommend this spot.

I have had the best experience each time I’ve come to Dr. Malecki. Firstly, he is great to speak with and you can tell truly cares about his clients. Secondly, his work is amazing! He really analyzes your face and gives his professional opinion of what he thinks would work and what is realistic. I have always been self conscious of my thinner lips and decided to take the plunge on filler after reading his amazing reviews. My results have been amazing and so much better than what I imagined. I have never worn lipstick because it always drew attention to my smaller lips and I can truthfully say that I know have a full collection. Would 100% recommend his office and will continue to see him from now on!

I had a diamond glow facial by Jaclyn and it was absolutely amazing! My skin has never looked and felt so good. Jaclyn was so sweet and did such an amazing job explaining what she was doing and what the products were she was using. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and did such a relaxing shoulder massage to finish it off. I highly recommend Jaclyn and the diamond glow facial! I’ll definitely be back again 🙂

I do not recommend this place for injections. I have a big indentation on the side of my eye after she tried to fix a spock eye look. my eyebrows are not balanced. They were late getting me in, she was talking to another staff member for 20 min and I let them know I came in with a migraine which is why I get the injections. Two other times I booked to have it fixed and each time they called to move my appointment. When I went in to have it fixed she injected in the side of the eye, now the eye drops, instead of the forehead to bring the brow down a bit to match the other. She boasts about all her experience. I've been to several injectors, worst experience I have ever had.

Ana is the Michelangelo of injectables. Her mastery of natural looking fillers is unparalleled. Her ultra professional and calm, sweet demeanor puts client at ease. Colette is the awesome client services manager who is welcoming and helpful. The vibe is beautiful, clean and friendly. I can’t recommend Platinum Medical Spa enough. It’s literally changed my life for the better.

I had my first visit to Platinum Med Spa today. First off - the office is beautiful and the waiting area comfortable and stocked with refreshments. Very welcoming!

The outstanding customer service started before I walked in the door and continued until I left.
I had to cancel and reschedule twice; Colllette was gracious and understanding…finding me a last minute appointment before New Years Eve!

When I arrived, Collette made me feel at home right away and Ana was ready for me, right on time. I was one of Ana’s clients at another establishment and was happy to find she was now at Platinum. Ana is a true artist!
She is very thoughtful about what she recommends and I’ve always been happy with her technique and the outcome. I’ll never look 40 again but a few tweaks from Ana, and I feel and look refreshed! I’m amazed at some of the new areas on the face that Botox helps and Ana is on top of many of the newest treatments.

Price-wise I found Platinum to be competitive and was appreciative that Ana found an additional discount for me. She also reminded me to be on the look out for their 2 for 1 promotions.

After the appt, Collette answered questions about some of the products they sell and I look forward to trying them. I never felt rushed and appreciated the time that both Ana and Collette spent with me and look forward to my next visit.
