Staff is friendly. Clean location. Great services. Additions are appealing, such as cold wash cloth provided in changing area. Tv is nice. Refill water bottle station. Private room is spacious and super clean. Great all around experience! Will be getting a monthly membership with my husband after he tries it for the first time.

The staff was very informative and helpful. They greeted me when I arrived, gave me a tour, explained everything and answered all my questions. The sauna was a very relaxing experience. I experienced the cold plunge the last five minutes of my session and WOW it was freezing. There is also a shower that comes complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I took full advantage of all of it. I felt so invigorated after the whole experience.

Beautiful new Perspire location at Sendero. There are both regular showers in four of the rooms and also the option for the "cold" (think cold plunge) shower, (which I haven't had the guts to try yet!)
