I became a recent patient with OC foot and ankle group and honestly couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel super comfortable, and Dr. Alex Jacobs was amazing! She really took the time to listen to what was going on, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand my treatment options without making me feel rushed.

Dr. Jacobs truly cared about getting me back to feeling good, and after following the treatment plan, I'm already noticing a big difference. If you're looking for a podiatrist who knows their stuff and makes you feel at ease, I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs. I’m definitely coming back here if I need anything in the future!

Dr. Yen And her office staff are always accommodating professional people. From the moment I get brought into the back room I am always taken care of very well cared for all my questions asked. Dr. Yen always treats my issues with my foot from explaining how to recover from my injury to how to dress my wound at home. She is absolutely the best. My visit was a one-time followup ordered by an overzealous but inexperienced young primary care nurse practitioner. Your Dr. Jacobs was very kind, told me pretty much what I expected: no signs of lingering infection, no need for further followup. She listened to me gripe about the criminally inadequate way insurance coverages change and force the patients to be shuffled around through a ridiculous circus, ending at a point of confusion and deep frustration. I can't imagine how healthcare workers deal with this insanity on a daily basis. Overall, a very good experience with your practice! *****!

Dr. Jacobs’ kindness, knowledge and expertise are unsurpassed. She takes the time to listen to her patients and clearly explains any treatment, procedure or outcome. For anxious patients, such as myself, her warm, calm approach immediately builds trust and lowers the anxiety level. Dr. Jacobs is a tremendous asset to this group and I recommend her wholeheartedly. I was referred to this podiatry specialist for my 5 yr old. The dr had a way that showed so much care and compassion. They did not take weeks to see my daughter which I liked because most other places take months. I most definitely recommend this place for kids and they can see u in any of their 3 offices.
