As a consumer, I value providers who dedicate actual time to each patient to address their needs. This is what Dr. Roelands and her staff offers me at every single one of my visits. I started seeing Dr. Roelands last year for menopause related care. She is an absolute expert and I am finally beginning to feel like my old self again. Her office is small and personal. Her staff are friendly and professional and Dr. Roelands herself is a gem!

Prior to seeing Dr. Roelands I was in a traditional OB/GYN practice. In this practice, I waited a significant amount of time to see my doctor for my annual appointment and was rushed out the door less than 10 minutes later. My doctor had no time or interest in listening to the health concerns of a menopausal woman.

Dr. Roelands, however, took the time to discuss my overall health and find an approach to menopause care that my prior doctor was unwilling to consider. We discussed the potential for hormone replacement therapy, supplements and lifestyle changes that might alleviate some of my symptoms. Five months after my first visit with her I feel fantastic in a way that I haven’t in a number of years.

As a bonus, you can be seen in her office for urgent issues on a walk-in basis. I recently had symptoms of a UTI and called her office from the urgent care where the wait was at least 2 1/2 hours. Dr. Roelands staff urged me to come in immediately for a test. I did so and was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription and advice on supplements to counteract the side effects of the antibiotic.

One of the better places to get iv vitamins in the la/oc area. They accept insurance where most other places are cash, so that’s a huge plus 🙂 The staff here is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, the office is nice and clean, and the service is personalized unlike most others clinics where you feel like a number in a factory. I always feel better after my iv treatments here. Would highly recommend this place for Iv therapy!

I have had an amazing experience at two visits so far. Dr.Jen and Michelle are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind! I truly appreciate that they both have the medical credentials and offer a holistic integrative approach to their care.
From my initial consultation to a second visit for IV therapy, I left feeling very cared for and excited to return for additional treatments!

After my last appointment I started having some issues… I called to speak with the doctor or nurse but never got a call back from either of them. I was told to go to an ER by the receptionist. I simply wanted to talk to the doctor or nurse about what I was experiencing but they didn’t have the courtesy to call me back. It saddens me to write this review when I initially had such a great experience. I waited the weekend to see if they would call me Monday but there was no call.

Update: I just wanted to update this review because I came across Michelle’s messages to my phone just today. I did not recognize the number and had unfortunately been waiting for a call to my landline. In the stress and anxiety of the moment I regret that I wrote a review of what I believed was indifference to my situation. If I had only received Michelle’s phone call when I was desperately waiting by the phone, I would have been greatly reassured and relieved. I’m actually very happy to have the chance to make this correction.

Finally, I found a Dr where my concerns and questions were heard, validated, and addressed. Dr. Roelands was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable in helping me address my latest symptoms. In my early 40s my needs are different than they were a decade ago. Dr. Roelands offered a thoughtful approach to my unique needs and also provided suggested reading which I love! Her warm approach and sincere understanding was immensely refreshing and appreciated. I highly recommend!
