The staff the so-called pain management is ridiculous. My PCP sent me there but before that he had to go through Prospect medical. What has happened to our medical profession in America it is going down the tubes people
My injury was my lumbar on my left side so much pain needed relief. They asked me so many questions I got up early out of my bed to try to get ready and when she finish asking me question this pain management person said we don’t give medication on the first visit. I was floored whoever heard of a pain management not helping you with pain.it’s posting on the walls walls I said if you had told me on the phone before I came I would not have come I’m not looking for messages on the walls I’m looking for help.

The office staff here is unprofessional. Over the last couple years it is a big struggle to get them to call me back. The voicemail for the providers are full, and I told them but they didn't care. When I leave messages to follow-up on meds, or to make an appointment, I don't get called back most of the time. It usually takes a dozen calls and voicemails before someone calls me back. I have spoke to other patients and they experience the same thing. All the office staff says is that they are short staffed. Well, it doesn't mean you should ignore my voicemails. I am in a lot of pain and need help. I called the Santa Ana clinic once and asked to speak to the Office Manager but was kept on hold for 30 minutes. Then they told me she would call me later, but never did. I recently asked my doctor to put in a request for another pain management specialist. I really like my provider Kaitlyn, but I cannot deal with the office staff here.

Keep getting bounced around from dr to dr all they do is cut my meds, I'm with multiple injuries and they do this that. When the service is better I will update.
Update. Doctors dont stick around. I just had my appointment and they used a doctor for phone appointment and pharmacy wouldnt honor script and was out of stock. When I asked to change pharmacy's they said no we dont do that. I've been out of meds for a week now and I hurt so bad. They said go to ER
After speaking with synovation the Dr forgot to fill my refill and because I called the after hours I'm now told I violated some agreement and they won't help me. Tomorrow I'm out of my prescriptions and have no idea what to do. This place has been terrible other than Dr Mink off.
And I do call I get no where you have my info please call me if you can fix this I will delete it

They canceled my appointment twice in one week. When the called about the first one I was disappointed but I understood it happens. Then they schedule my consultation for over the phone.. seemed ridiculous but I went with it because my pain is horrible and i need help. Then they cancel my phone appt without even notifying me. I spoke to Aquilla and she was helpful and understanding at first and got me an appointment for the same week. So that worked for me we were able to successfully schedule my very important pain management consultation so I was at least satisfied. Turned to be the worst practice I've ever encountered or been involved with. I have a upj obstruction which cause severe acute pain. I was hospitalized in mammoth when the pain became unbearable. I was hospitalized twice after that before this appointment even happened. Every ER visit has been productive and educational on what is going on with my kidney/pain. I was prescribed percocet 2 days before my pain management consultation at synovation Fullerton so I was not worried about meds being supplied. I simply wanted a plan of action to relieve my pain. So I can do normal stuff especially like getting back to work. I tried to explain this very professionally and she wouldn't listen. Dr Jane does not care about you! She was so rude to me from the moment we met one of her first comments was "you know your at pain management right". She really acted like i was not mentally capable of understanding what I've been working towards for over a month. just to come her to be talked to like im not important. 0 stars worst experience of my life. STAY AWAY!!!DR Jane should not be in practice. Dr Jane . Can't even explain to me why I was treated poorly. SHE IS NOT WORRIED ABOUT HER PATIENTS!!! SHE TRIGGERED MY PANIC ATTACK THEN CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR WANTING TO ASK A QUESTION. WILL BE MAKING COMPLAINTS AND TAKING LEGAL ACTION. PLEASE DONT COME HERE SAVE TIME AND ENERGY. REVIEWS ARE REAL SO TRUST THEM!!!

Horrible... long waits and no help not ok for people suffering. They shuffle you around or make you do phone appointments that also take a month to get.

Do not even go to this place they do not even listen to you they.made a telephone appointment for me. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT. terrible place
