My first day to this clinic back in January 2024, wasn’t the best. My first red flag was that the staff when they placed their patients in the room to get their information and vitals didn’t bother to close the door to protect their privacy. At first I thought it was just that the staff had forgotten but when I was attended they did the same to me. I let it go thinking it would get better once I saw the doctor (Anna Jang). She was nice at first but once i started letting her know my concerns and what I needed, she went her own way and disregarded my concerns and didn’t give me the referrals that I wanted. Once i questioned her judgement she got angry with me and started to give me an attitude. Also their staff never followed up on appointments and the sketchiest thing was that they first started with their Anaheim hills location then it was closed. Then they went to Fullerton and that got closed down. Now they’re in Stanton, like what is going on? Why do you keep closing locations and making it an inconvenience? Not worth it!
