There are two parts to the review. The nurses and team are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and do a great job. The place is clean and well maintained as well. Lots of appointments are available.

The only surprise I got was that I thought after the procedure was done I didn’t have anything to pay. The online booking website only showed one amount, and didn’t mention anything about “final payment of x amount due after procedure”. I’d advise the team to change the wording on the booking form so it’s more clear, and customers can know what the total price of the service is at the time of booking.

I have had laser hair removal for the last six months and I'm almost hairless now. They have a really strong machine! I have gone to other clinics and have not seen as much results as here. Nida is amazing, very gentle and thorough. She doesn't rush through treatments like other places. I had a hydrafacial with Aracely and my skin was glowing and super soft for a month. Feeling gorgeous!

Nida does great botox and fillers. Such a sweetheart and very gentle. I have had bad experiences at other clinics, so I know a good injector when I meet one. The staff here really know what they are doing and they offer facial treatments like microneedling and hydrafacials, too. I like the lipomax shots for energy and weight loss. I'm glad I found them!

**Horrible Experience**
I called for a consultation and to get a price quote for laser hair removal.
I talked with the receptionist and ask all my questions and prices for hair removal for different parts of the body (cheeks, nose, ears, Brazilian, neck and etc.) she gave me quotes for all the mentioned parts but with a funny price!! I told her that the prices are kind of high compared with other places, and she told me that to have a accurate price quote, I need to come in to the office personally. I drove 30 mins to get there and spent another 10 mins to find a parking spot (super hard to find parking). Finally the Dr told me that "oh by the way we do not do male Brazilian here!!!!!" they had my phone number and everything and she KNEW that that's what I'm looking for (as that was the first thing that she mentioned before I said anything!!) like they didn't have the professionalism to call me and tell me that they do not offer that service so I don't have to drive all the way there... I hope it does not happen to you people! they did not apologies or anything! They are rude and they don't know what they are doing!

I highly recommend this place the staff is very friendly and helpful. Chely, the medical assistant provided great information and guided me with the provider Nida to get my Botox done. She was very helpful and very nice. She made me feel so comfortable. Thank you ladies. I loved the service you provided. Definitely will return.

If your looking for someone to do your filler and Botox, Nida is your girl! She did an amazing job! She is knowledgeable and has lots of experience. She gave me the look I was looking for. Front desk staff is also friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic ambiance and super friendly staff. Clinic is very well decorated and patients get to watch Netflix while they wait! Super attention to customer detail and satisfaction. This clinic does everything under the sun: botox, fillers, hydrafacials, coolsculpting, hair removal, and microneedling. Worth coming back to just to see Nida and Chely's friendly faces!
