Emma Tungaraza was absolutely wonderful!! We were visiting from out of town, and my MIL's oxygen concentrator machine was not charging. We rented a charger from OCS, but when that one didn't work either, Emma charged both of our batteries in the store. She was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!!

This place was amazing! Mary helped me get an oxygen machine to our hotel for our trip with my elderly mother. She was so nice and so helpful. We have been taking my Mom on more trips lately and we will definitely use this place again in the future for our next visit. They have the best customer service! I appreciate all their help.

Emma went out of her way to help me! I’m from another State visiting Disney and my bi-pap mask broke. She arranged for a replacement to be delivered to my hotel. Fantastic! Thank you!

My Mother purchase a boot for her foot. She paid $69.98 My mom was gonna get the boot, but they didn’t wanna switch it because the lady they have shola Didn’t explain herself that there was no returns or anything racist person and honestly the same boot that she paid for 60.98 in Amozon their 16.98 most of the stuff they have their you can find them on amozon bad costumer service don’t go here rip off

My wife and I needed breast pump last minute and they had exactly what we needed. Emma was able to answer all our questions. The customer service was excellent and they had exactly what we needed and in our hands out the door within 20 minutes. Emma even remembered us a month later when we came back to return the rental equipment. Very friendly and genuinely cared about us and our well being. Would definitely recommend.

I called to see if they rented oxygen tanks for our daughter to use while we are vacationing in California. Emma was awesome! At first they did not have the size we needed, but Emma offered to check with their supplier and was able to make the magic happen. She arranged for delivery to our hotel and i am confident it will all work out. We appreciated Emma going above and beyond. She's a keeper!
