ICE has been an incredible part of my daughter’s recovery journey as a competitive gymnast. She’s dealt with several injuries over the past year, and each time, the cryotherapy sessions at ICE have made a noticeable difference in her healing and overall well-being.

The facility is always spotless, and the atmosphere is inviting and calming—which makes a huge difference when you’re coming in sore or stressed. What really sets ICE apart is the staff. They’re not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly warm and friendly. They take the time to build personal relationships and truly care about their clients.

I’ve been going to ICE for about 9 months now. Troy, Crystal, Mandy and Katie always make me feel welcome. I do the Normatec Compression therapy and switch off between the Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy, They have helped reduce the inflammation and aches I experience from working out. I am grateful to everyone there and the friendly, and informative conversations we have during or after therapy.

ICE Recovery has been an amazing supporter of Child & Family Center for the past several years. Many of our clients are low income and are unable to provide Christmas gifts for their children. Owner Troy Yudin enlists all of his team and community members to support by donating thousands of dollars of toys, that we in turn give to our families. It truly makes the holidays brighter for those in need and we so appreciate their ongoing support!

From day one of going to ICE it has been an incredible experience. My son has been going to ICE for a few years now. Most recently he has had to come in more often as he plays academy soccer and his body needs the recovery. It has made such an impact on Andrew. He feels better all over after coming to ICE. He recently had a back injury but his recovery was quicker than expected through the help of Troy and his team. Troy and his staff are just super nice and genuine people.
