This is a basic clinic only it's good, if you have no insurance. Be prepared for long wait for appointments and waiting to see the provider. I still miss Dr. Kheradpour. He was only the best for adults. For pediatric I highly recommend Dr. Shaw she excellent. Now that I have better insurance I can go anywhere I want. There's no one else that's better than these two doctors, none of others here will ever never come close to their standards.. low quality what is there now. They want to improve the clinics
Number one. Administration should be in the hallway talking to patience pass out there business cards talking to patient communication extremely important. Number two have a hiring Fair according to your needs and wants and your budget. Number three. Complaints should be addressed and confidentiality investigated a thorough impartial investigation. Number four. Redo your entire appointment system. Number five. You either tell people to get off their ass do the job right or send them on their way. Remember it's an attraction rather than promotion.

NEVHC is a great help to the community as whole, in terms of healthcare needs and to some might be difficult because of their needs but it has been consistent in accepting and accomadating fairly and professionally! I will give the 5 stars in service to the people! Thank you Doctors, medical staff and nurses!

The facility is very clean and staff was very respectful and responsive to my concerns. Dr. Michell Guzman is an Angel of a Doctor. She is very concerned for her patients. I feel lucky to have seen Her! All the best to you guys there. You are all doing a wonderful job. Thank you so much!

The facility is very clean and peaceful and the staff were very welcoming and helpful ! They made us feel heard and they listened attentively and offered empathetic help to us .

The absolute worst clinic. The epitome of mediocre health care. If you are African American steer far away from this place. While I was pregnant I was assigned this office. I had multiple issues during my pregnancy left unaddressed. Post partum multiple issue left unaddressed and no taken seriously. They check the boxes and that’s it. Lastly doctors do not fulfill prescriptions appropriately leaving you to battle with your insurance. They are non responsive and overall make health care hard to obtain. Seriously please consider asking your insurance to fund another office. Northeeast valley as a whole needs a makeover. I’ve been to both locations in Santa Clarita and unfortunately it’s the lessor of two evils….. I would go in further detail but can’t for legal purposes

Excellent service in 10 days for a surgery within two weeks. Everyone there pulled together to get me signed off!!! NEHVC is amazing 👊⚾️
