Came in at 11:00 am did not go back to the room to see the doctor until 2:00 ish. Once back there I still waited an addition 45mins to 1hr due to the doctor, Dr. Williams in urgent care having full on appointments with the patients as if he is their PCP. It’s great to give detailed information to the patients but we are all sick and in pain here. The flfurl next to me was vomiting her life out and still he stayed in the room asking patients questions that are for PCP. I know I worked may years in Mercy hospital ER room in Rodgers, AR. We need fast results and he’s in the room full on laughing and kicking the shit while we are all suffering listening to him. The ER and Irgent care is to get a fast relief to your issue without having to wait to see your PCP you get temp relief and are told to see your primary physician or you are fully admitted to the hospital for treatment. This feels like you are waiting and having a full on appointment with your PCP. Urgent care and ER needs to be quick services direct them to see their PCP for additonal information.

This is my alternative Kaiser Urgent Care and hospital other than the one in Panorama City and in Sunset. The place is not so crowded and clean. I love the staffs, caregivers too.

The nursing staff was amazing. They kept me informed and made me feel like an actual person and not just a number like other places I’ve been. Had to wait a bit but I didn’t mind considering I walked in and didn’t make an appointment.

Matthew (Front Desk) and Ozzie (Radiology Tech) MUST be commended!! Never have I experienced the Service provider by these two top Notch Employees at Kaiser!
Kaiser, Whatever You do, Do NOT let these two Gentleman go! They are the Champions of the Healthcare field, as are a good majority of your doctors, nurses and various staff!!

Keep it up and Maybe we will all be Healthy, Happy and 'THRIVE' in 2020!!

Urgent care is not great. It is hit and miss mostly miss. If it can wait I would go see your primary care doctor call first thing in the am and ask for same day appointment! if you can. We need more doctors and more quality care. I broke my wrist and no follow through, I have stories and more stories. Long wait times. Good for stiches and cold like symptoms. Everything else I would go to an ER. At Kaiser why reach out to me through this app if you have no intention of returning an email or solving these issues? Still waiting to here back!!!

Their staff is very polite and helpful, and these installations are modern in a "European" way.

I am always pleased with the service and care. Last week I was experiencing a pain from a fall onto my chest. Of course in triage they took care of me right away and sent me to exray then directly to a room to await results which came within minutes s. Had bruised cartilage in my sternum. Thank you !!

(July 27 2024) I wanted to add an additional remark regarding this urgent care. In my opinion, this particular Urgent Care is clearly the best Urgent Care within 40 miles of where we live. Today, the nurse was very prompt to bring us in after check-in and due to the detailed info supplied by the young man up front checking us in it was a smooth visit. Very informative and attentive. The Doctor joined us and I realized we just hit the jackpot. What a vist!! I'm so very grateful to the staff for treating my mother with such kindness and respect.

(Passed Visit) I've been bringing my parents to this building since it opened. Much better service here than other kaiser urgent cares. The wait isn't bad at all, unless it's really busy, and the attention my mother got from the nurse and PA was outstanding. Thank you for the great service!!
