To start just walking in I had the greatest vibe , the lady’s are perfresonal & polite giving me the feeling like being at home , not a long Waite at all , seeing Dr.Harman was a true gentleman & getting the procedure done the same day of my appointment. Thank you lady’s for a wonderful experience in your office. If I can give all the stars of my visit I would say the sky’s the limit.

Jamie on the other hand needs to be retrained. She needs to learn how to speak to patients properly! Unsure if she was having a bad day, but she was really rude and I did not appreciate that! Unprofessional & Needs more training!

Your experience here will be "nothing but smooth sailing" at this office! Very professional, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Rosenstein is very friendly (and a NY Knicks fan!) as is the staff. The office is brightly lit and seasonally decorated. Nice relaxing vibe.

love everyone at this office especially Martha and all the doctors. Martha has been very patient with me and provides excellent customer service. I give her a 10. She goes above and beyond always.
Also the doctors and staff are very kind and accommodating especially with everything I've been going through with my health.

Dr Kesavalu is an outstanding rheumatologist. He's compassionate and really listens to his patients. We've never felt rushed or unheard. His medical assistant Ruvi is a sweetheart. I love the fact that she speaks Spanish and is able to communicate with my mom directly. I highly recommend Dr. Kesavalu.

I was greeted by the staff upon entering and verified my appointment. Dr Shiao Shi was on time and I didn't have to wait like other medical appointments. Dr. Shi heard my concerns. She gave me feedback and suggestions that made sense to me. She was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a podiatrist to come to this office.

Scheduling appointments is quite stressful. The doctors on the other hand are great. My DR Katherine Footracer is great she takes very good care of me and if quite informative. She listens to me and gives me really good information. Facility is clean on the other hand the young receptionist needs to know her stuff she was gonna charging me a co pay I did not have until I told her my co pay was 0

For so many years now, our 97 yr young family member “Ms Nora” has been using the very knowledgeable, sincere and compassionate Dr. Danny Zaghi. He has been an intricate source in keeping and Nora in amazing health, he listens very well, and has a wonderful out-source of high ranking other doctors to benefit her health and ours too since now the whole household is under Dr Zaghi’s care and also Dr. Karen Footracer as well in their wonderfully staffed office.
We wouldn’t change a thing, and highly recommend both Dr Zaghi & Dr. Footracer. They feel like family to us!!
