Review: LensCrafters Beverly Blvd.

Today was my first visit to a LensCrafters. I had just run out of my year’s supply of daily contact lenses, and decided to make an appointment with a different optometrist.

In short: This location is an amazing breath of fresh air. It was busy for sure, but I didn’t wait long for my appointment. I never felt overlooked. The staff here are so warm, helpful, and diligent.

From the start, I felt safe with the gentleman at the door, who also at one point helped an elder person with mobility issues (and handling it so well with her Caregiver).

I was very impressed with “L” who completed my preliminary eye exam. Then I saw the optometrist, who is highly skilled and personable. She and the rest of the staff deserve high praise. I do not review often, but I wanted to express a first time customer’s reaction.

I am looking forward to my package of contacts—my sight is so much clearer and my eyes so comfortable as I wear the samples they provided me. My supply is arriving in time for the Holidays and travel. Thank you all!

Literally, from the moment you go in until you leave, every employee there is great. Just went in to get. my eye exam and chose new glasses and every step of the way I deal with knowledgeable and kind people. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back.

Dr Barber is the best eye doctor! Head and shoulders above the rest! Very patient as she tests your vision, and also great at finding other eye problems.

i've been coming here for eye exams for the past 5 or 6 years, and both dr. barber and dr. tang are AMAZING. their exams are quick and efficient but thorough, and I have been very satisfied with both the glasses and contacts prescriptions they've given me over the years. the rest of the staff is equally fantastic - friendly, knowledgable, quick. they've made it really easy to schedule and keep my yearly exams, and send plenty of reminders leading up to the appointment. as long as i'm living in the area, there is where i'm taking my eyeballs.
