Everything was great. I had a prescription but they never sent it into the place that I confirmed was still the place. I went to work thinking to pick it up 7 hours later but when I arrived to my pharmacy they told me there was nothing? Now I have to call back to remind them to send it in…

I visited the dermatology clinic and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the doctor was also very friendly. Thanks to them, it didn’t even feel like a typical hospital visit. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Everyone is always very nice here. This place is clean and pretty organized. I came in for eczema issues and the Dr. is really good. She was thorough and got me cleared up pretty quick.
Don’t have any beauty or cosmetic treatment experience so can’t speak to that.
The only negative I’ve experienced is it’s a little hard to get them on the phone…. but if you just make your appointment online it’s easy peasy. If you need to adjust etc….that’s when it’s a bit of a pain. But that’s the only negative I’ve experienced. I recommend based on my experiences here.

The doctor was amazing. She made my day and the rest of my life because what she’s about to do it’s going to make me a new woman and my grandbaby is going to be very impressed with my face. I’m looking forward to coming in for my follow up to get the work done. thank you very much the doctor and the staff

All of the staff including the doctor were very nice and accommodating on my first visit.
I came in to have a mole checked. The doctor quickly numbed it and did a biopsy. I will get the results in 2-3 weeks
She also discussed my options for all the precancerous spots I have it was a good experience.

Their website has Bellafill service and when I made appointment , I have clearly emphasized my visit is for Bellafill injection treatment. But when I made it to my appointment, they told me they do not have Bellafill (some issue with contractor) and recommend Fraxel laser instead?! This is completely different treatment type and definitely not something I wanted! They could have messaged or called me instead of making me drive all the way to the office for nothing. I had to cancel my important meetings to make time for this appointment. To think if a patient had to cancel appointment on short notice, they would charge you. What about respect for patients' time? Not only doctors charge high hourly rate. People's time also are previous and please take them seriously!
