Everything about this place stinks. Need to call? Plan on holding for 30 minutes plus before you even get to talk to someone. Email? After 45 days I have yet to get a response. Follow up appointment? Good luck there too. The absolute worse. You are better off seeing a witch doctor. Beware! I wish I could give negative stars.

Wish my complaint was different than what others have experienced. All I can say is please consider other healthcare options. This company has tried to tech the medical experience to the patient and does not correct their mistakes in a timely manner. My health checkup was billed incorrectly and it's taken weeks to get them on the phone and respond to my messages. I will not go back and would rather pay an insane ER bill than deal with their operations team again. If I was elderly I would be concerned they are taking advantage of people by billing insurance incorrectly. Should be investigated for fraud.

I wish I could give them zero. They keep canceling every appointment for my elderly parents. PA Hamilton keeps canceling at the same day for no reason. They keep changing doctors and mess with my parents medications, they even don't check the pharmacy messages for refills requests. My dad have been without insulin and my mom without heart medication for two months.. I called Facey Group which accepts medicare insurance and they welcomed and squeezed them in their schedule so they get on track with their medications.. if you care about your health DO NOT go to Optum Clinic in Canyon Country.

My primary physician for the past 12 years recently teamed up with Optum and with that, the level of service, support and patient experience went from a 10 to a zero. I can never reach anyone on the phone; actually driving to the Optum facility to make my last doctor's appointment. They never seem to have my insurance information on file; I've provided it 6 times over the past 2 years and threaten me with collections for a $25 bill I've already paid.

Taura Michelle Olfus is a horrible doctor. When I moved in the Santa Clarita area it took me a while to switch doctors. I loved my other doctor but it was to far of a drive. I changed almost a year ago and maybe had 2 appointments with her and the first one was unpleasant and thought “maybe she is having a bad day” nope the second appointment I had with her was equally as horrible, if not more. I needed to speak with the supervisor because of how she treated me. Nothing but attitude and ignorance. The supervisor handled things well. I got my doctors changed out…but it would surprise me if olfus has a long wrap sheet of complaints.

Takes hours for everything. They don't verify things with you that are important, such as your email or even your pharmacy before sending things. I'm calling my insurance as I type to get away from this place
