To the person sharing that Dr. Lo is a racist, you should be sued for libel. Dr. Lo treated me for a workers compensation injury when workers comp refused to do anything but medicate me. Dr. Lo isn’t going to give you opiates. He wants you in physical therapy, getting steroid injections, ablations, etc. he monitored and reduced and listened to every concern I had. Six years later, I got the back surgery I needed and was able to graduate from pain management. I am no longer disabled, I am not addicted to any medications, and Dr. Lo saw me through all of it. Disparaging his. And because he doesn’t want to give opiate pain medication when he doesn’t know you and refusing to comply with his requests to change medications and be able to monitor you is why you were not seen by him. He has a wait list of people trying to get in. I will miss him as a doctor but am so grateful that I don’t need him anymore!

TONY LO. YOU TOOK AN OATH
—-FIRST DO NO HARM.—
I have never been discriminated like the way I was discriminated in this clinic. I was referred to this doctor by my PCP because I have had many fail back surgeries and I have ended up with severe pain from the waist down. I waited three months to see a doctor and when I went to the doctor that was assigned to me they didn’t give me medication because they are nit a pain Management clinic so the nurse practitioner got a an emergency appointment for me so that I could see Tony Lo for medication‘s
need Medications to live daily and this doctor didn’t care about any of that at all going to see him has been the biggest disappointment ever , he is racist that’s how I felt he discriminated because of my race my ethnicity and I will never recover from this because I am still with very limited medication’s

My regular doctor told me that she was going to request an emergency appointment with Dr. Lowe so that he could give me the medication that I needed because they cannot prescribe pain medication so I went to the doctor with that assumption that I was going to get Medications on that day The first appointment they gave me right away and so I’m thinking that he does want to get as many patients in as possible but on the second appointment, they made me wait about two months. A nurse called me to tell me that Dr. Toni Lo didn’t want to see me, that’s it.

On the day of my first appointment, Tony Lo came in to the room I was in, didn’t look at my face. He came in with a trainee and didn’t even ask my permission if the trainee could sit on the consult. He came in, looked at the computer Told me that he wasn’t gonna give me medication’s on that appointment. that I needed to stop taking two medication‘s for him to give me medication‘s and then he left the room. After awhile someone else came in to the room giving me a contract to sign saying that I wasn’t gonna get any medication anywhere else. So , he wasn’t gonna give me medication’s. He was asking me to quit taking two of the medication‘s that were helping me and told me to make a second appointment. I didn’t sign the contract. I did a second appointment like he told me. They gave me the second appointment and within days of me going to the second appointment , he told the assistant to call me to say: “ He doesn’t want to see you” he wasn’t going to be seeing me that he didn’t want to see me. That’s what he said didn’t give a reason why but he said he didn’t want to see me so I have been in a lot of pain, it was hard to get an appointment with his doctor, and it turns out that I waited for the appointment and I ended up being in severe pain because of the arrogance of this doctor. All because I filled out a survey and wrote down exactly what he did.
He harmed me because I could’ve been waiting for another appointment with a different doctor, but I was waiting for him and it turns out that I was with no medications and without a doctor it’s been terribly disappointing because I have never been treated this way.
