I love the services at Mend! As a Pilates Instructor and Pilates Studio Owner here in town, I know how important it is to find balance between exercise and recovery! These services keeps me feeling great so I can continue to do what I love! The environment is very relaxing. The service is fantastic! I have been taking my grandson there for about 2 months he has a tbi injury from a crash on his dirt bike and has been in constant therapy since he came out of his coma 9 months ago he goes to therapy at children's hospital 3 days a week and therapy at scv therapy 2 days a week and he goes to mend 2 days a week his therapists at children's hospital and scv therapy have both said that what is being done at mend with Matt and his staff there is miraculous and they are so pleased with the improvements that is happening from mend is what is helping with talons recovery possible I am so grateful for matt and his staff at mend I just can't thank them enough and look forward to working with them for as long as it takes for my grandson to make a full recovery

This place is legit. I come here for natural healing/ recovery and it's more effective than going to a western doctor in my opinion.
I recommend for anyone looking for holistic recovery from anything from just gym soreness to injury repair/ physical therapy.

This is a great place to rapidly reduce recovery time for overall soreness. I play quite a bit of sports and my job demands manual labor. This visit was my first time doing cryotherapy; I highly recommend it! PEMF on my elbow for tendinitis helped it almost instantly. Staff was helpful, friendly, and patient. Thanks MEND, I’ll be returning for future visits.

Just finished an obstacle course race and was sore from head to toe. Called Mend Cryotherapy and they got me in right away. Matt and Allison were so awesome and professional. Started with leg compression then on to cryotherapy. They explained the process and made me feel so comfortable. So happy I decided to make the call today. During my visits with mend cyrotherapy they are helping me recover from a car accident that recently occurred. The staff is super helpful, they are super mindful and they are very knowledgeable on what is happening upon your request and they answer any questions you have. I enjoy coming here.
