Unbelievable experience!! Kenny was awesome. He walks you through every step and made me feel very comfortable. It may sound weird but I uncovered a lot of thing from my past during the light session. The visuals were amazing. The breath work was very intense both mentally and physically. It’s something the body needs to experience. I highly recommend The Flow Spot. My next session has already been booked!

This was such an amazing experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Kenny was truly a great guide through this magical journey. He had me set my intentions prior to the treatment and led me through the voyage. The sensations your body goes through when implementing the breathing techniques is crazy, but so so beautiful. The way visuals and sounds affect the body is unbelievable, but feels so GOOD! This was such a wonderful opportunity to cleanse my body and heal my mind. I can't wait to come back for more treatments! For sure have been in the “flow” since I went!

This was an incredible experience. The tranquility, the music and most of all, the soothing and inspirational words that are spoken through the session by Kenny. I did the Breathwork with my husband and it was a great experience for both of us. So many emotions are bottled up and Kenny showed us to empower those feelings which made the workout so much more meaningful. It leaves you feeling like a new person. It’s a beautiful experience.

Infinity room, breath work, healing, OH MY! I don’t even know where to begin. As soon as I walked into the Flow Spot, I felt an incredible sense of peace and calmness. I visited the Flow Spot in a very fragile state. Two days before my visit, I buried yet another one of my childhood best friends. Kenny really helped with my healing process. I did an anja light session followed by a breath work session, and all I can say is that I’m so incredibly grateful. I walked into the Flow Spot with so much anger and sadness because of the death of my friend, and I walked out with mental clarity, a peace of mind and a calmer heart. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Kenny!!!!

What an amazing experience The Flow Spot was. A journey worth taking again and again. The results are undeniable. Effects you can feel for weeks after. I myself have done breathwork and Reiki before and based on that experience I can confidently say that Kenny at The Flow Spot is the man to see. Experienced in the fields as well as having a deep love for what he does and a connection to helping people. The environment is comforting and safe. Can't recommend enough!

I felt relaxed the second I stepped into The Flow Spot! It is not only a place of Zen, but a space to let go, heal, relieve stress, and work on yourself in a safe, encouraging environment. Kenny is wonderful, and his passion for what he does makes the experience even better. I didn't realize how much negative energy and stress I was holding in until I came to my first session. I left feeling much lighter, and cannot wait to go back!

As someone who's actively pushing towards being the best version of myself, I find that places like @TheFlowSpot and others like the @FloatLab to be absolutely invaluable during this process. Who knew breathing could be so powerful and dance so healing?! on top of all this we still get Kenny, and Kenny's a special kinda dude. Super loving, super awesome and hilarious, that's how you know you've got your self a good one. I Love the flow spot and I love the kinds of people who show up to these kinds of weird boundary pushing events!

Attended a Group Breath Work over the weekend @ The Flow Spot. Even in a group setting I was able to relax any anxieties with the assistance from Kenny. This is my 2nd breath work experience and each time Kenny has guided me to go deeper and embrace all the benefits of his program. Highly recommended, especially with the new infinity room!
