Temporary Covid 19 vaccine shots center here.Arranged outside by the parking area.Very fast and friendly service. No wait if make appointment. It feels like picnic atmosphere.

This review is for COVID vaccination. They overbook this location and don't have different lines for walk ins or appointments, so what's the point of being prepared and making one? Come well before your scheduled time and be prepared to wait in a long line. When I made the appointment, I noted I was 9 months pregnant and could not stand for long periods of time but there was no accommodation made. The staff is friendly and trying their best, but the system sucks.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I waited for over an hour JUST for test results. And I had an appointment. The first time I came was my first time here and I had a hours long of a wait WITH an appointment. The person who came to get me out the waiting room wasn't friendly, never said the doctor will be in shortly, was very dry and closed the door behind me with no further words. The doctors seem nice, but not worth all you have to go through to even see them.

Honest thoughts... so I read the reviews before going, i agree with everyone. The wait times are horrible for "walk-ins," because their system consist of taking peoples appointments if they don't show up. I got lucky, because i showed up 1 hour before they opened and found a spot, so if you do a walk-in you have to be the first 5, if not it is unlikely you will be seen. Appoints take up to a month giving the convid pandemic. The staff consist of Hispanic heritage. The staff is pretty nice, yes they are straight foward and semi-agressive, but that's because people get frustrated, its beeing human. I agree they must hold emotions and not bring it to work, but we all are humans. The doctor is nice, but don't expect to get all your issues health wise done in one day because you get rushed, and only able to discuss one medical issue per visit it seems. Other then that, given this is a small clinic, it makes sense why it takes so long. Their are other options, and locations that you can get treated faster, instead of having to wait a long time. Everday is different, so don't expect to have the same problems, give it a shot, sometimes the lowest of stars can be caused by people, see we rate when we have bad experiences, not that many people rate when they get a good experience because they are satisfied they got nothing to say. St John's Well Child and Family Center Washington Prep Wellness Center is by far the worst clinic to receive proper treatment and care. They have a history of violating Patients Rights in which they do not seem to care at all. I had a scheduled appointment in which I came in ahead of time and from the front desk employees leading to the manager, they were completely unprofessional in so many ways. I waited patiently for more than 2 hours to be seen by my assigned physician to only notice that the front desk employees had skipped my turn to see the doctor over 3 times. The Front Desk manager that I had spoken to had no idea in how to resolve this abomination of treatment that I was receiving and went on to say that a new appointment can be set in less than a week when the rules according to the Clinical Department are that if one decides to reschedule , it will have to be set in the next month or 2. To add insult to injury, my designated physician who was supposed to see me once I had finally got inside the patients room, had alerted the nurse to let me know that the doctor had to leave to go eat in which I would have to wait another 20 minutes. This wellness center does not properly practice basic human rights and needs to be publicly addressed to the California Health Department in order to ensure that situations like these stop happening to hard working patients who are in need of Medical Services and hire proper medical staff who can comply with California's Public Health Standards.

This place is not good. I will not be going back ever. I had an appointment but I had to wait over 2 hours. The people at the front desk are not good. They need training. Whoever is the manager of this place, you should be ashamed. The way they talk to people at the front counter and the wait time in the waiting room and office is really bad.

I received excellent Dental Care from this facility. From the beginningTo all the visits. All the exams. All the injections. Machines everything. Most of all with my dentist. She was excellent.

I would not recommend this place to anyone if you have any serious concerns this is not the clinic to go to. I had abnormal results for over a month and never heard back from a provider Dr. Racquel Jupiter should have her license taken away for malpractice and negligence of her patients one of the worst doctors and clinics I’ve dealt with and all of my years!
