It was a well rounded experience. Warm and friendly, easy to be open and receive the treatment.
I got red light therapy on my face while my body received the stretch. Filled with easy and informative conversation (I am a body worker as well & enjoy conversing with others who know the knowledge) and it ended with some yummy essential oils that allowed me to carry the relaxation even after I left 🤍

I was reticent to try Stretch Fix as I was not sure if I really needed the stretch service or was it just hype. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I tried the ‘Quick Fix’ which is a 25 minute service and was exactly what I needed, in fact, it exceeded my expectations. The staff is super friendly, the space is warm and inviting and was all around a great experience. Thanks to Heather and her team for providing such a top notch experience!

I did not know the treat I was in for when I went for my assisted stretch at Stretch Fix. I left feeling relaxed and energized at the same time. The work done on my neck was phenomenal. Since I have been receiving stretch sessions I am much more aware of my posture and see the huge difference. I could never achieve these effects stretching on my own. I will never stop getting assisted stretch as I see it as a vital componant to my overall fitness! So glad this woman owned and run business opened in our valley!!
