Sweat Shack is an absolute gem. The space is always spotless, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. Booking is super easy and flexible, and they’re always accommodating when it comes to scheduling. It’s also reasonably priced, especially for the quality of the experience. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is serene, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, you’ll leave feeling refreshed every time. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! I had bought a gift card at the Saugus location (happened to be having a rare dinner date close by), not knowing I could not use it at all locations (don't live close by). So I emailed them and a wonderful associate, Debbie got right back to me apologizing for the confusion and engaged her manager Michelle who didn't hesitate to refund me. If only I lived closer to the Saugus location, they were absolutely wonderful. Even when I went in to grab the gift card, the team there was awesome. One suggestion, make sure to mention each location is separately owned so you all don't have refund anyone again!!

The sweat shack is my go to place for a refresher and a pick me up. I release the cares of the day along with unwanted toxins through my kuuma saunas. The experience is rejuvenating and exquisite. The friendly staff always has a smile and a kind word to add the the pleasant experience. The ambience is the finishing touch, it is truly an escape from the outside world. A beautiful, clean, relaxing place that never disappoints. You will love it after your first visit, and like me I look forward to my daily excursion to the sweat shack. It’s a wonderful oasis you must try.

Customers beware when purchasing a package deal. they give you nothing in writing, but told me I could use it with a friend. when I returned with a friend, my package deal I purchased wasn't honored, I had to pay out a lot more money for the services 🤔I don't like being deceived I am a peaceful person, so I just paid it,

Friendly staff. They do couple saunas and you can. Pick your aromatic oil scents.
They provide a towel for you to lay on inside.
