Appointment cancelled with no communication. Scheduled 3 weeks in advance, 7 AM the day after thanksgiving. Did the online forms 3 days before. Confirmed by text 2 days before. Nobody is there when I arrive. Someone from the blood lab looks and apparently my appointment was cancelled with no note suggesting why. Hope I’m not actually sick. Stunning incompetence.

My experience with the PAMF mammography team and the MRI team has been consistently positive. Everyone on the team, from reception, the techs, the nurses and the doctors are professional, compassionate and thorough, and I have rarely had to wait beyond my appointment time. With a family history of breast cancer, I see them pretty frequently, and I always feel very well taken care of.

I can only speak on my experience with the reception desk and my ultrasound experience. Although the man on the phone sounded uninterested/cold, the front desk staff were lovely and kind. My ultrasound technician was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and cared for, I would go back to get an ultrasound again. I also called back for a CD copy and got it the next day with zero issues.

My experience with the PAMF/PAFMG mammography facility has been nothing less than horrific. I wish I had never allowed this facility to conduct my mammograms.

Be careful who you chose to read your mammography, get your actual reports not just the layman's letter and look at the reviews......Could mean the difference between health, serious illness or even death!

Too long on my face,PAMF needs to get things together. Cardiology appt nearly hour late,had to be at MRI & felt rushed and disrespected.
