I chose Dr. Elise Atkins, Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, to enhance my health as I am not happy with my healthcare organization and their way of practicing medicine.

I met with Dr. Atkins monthly for 6 months. During this time I have tested my muscle/fat ratios and performed blood tests. Dr. Atkins had me work with a sports physiologist. Under Dr. Atkin's care I have been able to increase my muscle mass and improve my cardiovascular markers.

I will continue to see Dr. Atkins for maintenance/follow-up care.

I am in my mid 60's and want to maintain my overall quality of health in my latter years and not have to take pharmaceutical medicine. I am so happy to have Dr. Atkins help me achieve this goal.

Dr. Atkins is one of the most kind, compassionate, gentile and caring people I have ever met. I have found that it is often hard to find a healthcare provider who truly listens and takes the time to understand me and my concerns. From moment one Dr. Atkins has listened and taken the time to ensured that I am heard and understood. Dr. Atkins is a beautiful example of how healthcare professionals should link arms with patients to find long term health solutions. I met Dr. Atkins when I had hit rock bottom and was desperate for a change in my life. She has been an angle helping to guide, but never push me too hard, to MY health goals. If your looking for a provider to actually listen to you, to take the time needed for you to reach your goals, in a way that feels good to YOU then she is exactly what your looking for. Dr. Atkins has literally changed my life and I will never be able to thank her enough for her support though my journey.

I've known a lot of doctors in 60 years. Dr. Atkins is the very best I've ever met. She understands that patients are people and not just problems. She shows compassion and understanding, and a very strong curiosity to get to the bottom of any health challenge and find the best solutions. Her emphasis on the simple things that patients can do to help themselves -- eating right, sleeping right, and so on -- is simple but powerful and best of all, it works.
Having had the privilege of being in her care, I can highly recommend Dr. Atkins's practice to anyone who wants to feel better and be treated with respect and kindness.

Dr. Atkins is the best! She was my primary care MD for years. She truly cares and is extremely dialed as a clinician. I was so sad when my insurance changed to Kaiser and I had to switch providers. I would go back to her in a heartbeat if my insurance changed.
