Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced in ages ! Sierra and Malika are so kind efficient and effective- I came in for a hearing exam and left able to hear the next day ! Wow 🤩 if you even suspect you have hearing loss - get here ASAP ! I’ve told all my friends and suspect they will be heading here soon - sincerest thank you for a place that values customers first

Last year I purchased new hearing aids through HearingLife in Santa Cruz. The entire office staff is consistently courteous, efficient, and friendly. Sierra Harnsanamyxay is professional and very knowledgeable about the intricacies of hearing aids and helped me find high quality aids. They are always accommodating when I go back in for cleaning and supplies, as well as the occasional tweaking. Excellent!

Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and available. I love my hearing aids and the ongoing support that I receive from HearingLife. I went to two different providers before I found HearingLife, so I know there are some really poor “hearing specialists” out there.
