Great staff. Totally professional every single one from front desk staff who is so quick and yet don’t rush you and the same with the nurses that bring you into the exam room And I know they’re probably short staffed and dealing with a lot of patients and they still keep up a nice attitude thank you so much for giving back my site. You are in my prayers every night. Thank you.

We were on vacation in CA and something happened to my eye where we dropped by Bay Eye Medical Group in Santa Cruz. The office staff were very friendly and very quickly accommodated me to see Dr Hsei. Dr. Hsei was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what the problem was. Dr Hsei and Jennifer (office manager, I believe) went above and beyond to fit me in as an emergency with Retina Specialists the same day. Thank you very much, Dr Hsei, Jennifer, and the staff! It was a very stressful time, and I am thankful beyond my words for finding your practice that day.

I saw Dr Cheng for evaluation of a cataract and general discussion of eye health. He spent ample time with me discussing my eyes and the typical course of such problems and correcting them. He asked me lots of questions (as essentially a first time patient) and happily answered everything I asked. He was engaging and a real pleasure to spend time with and I’m extremely happy to be under his care. The office staff that did the initial exams were all excellent. It’s a busy office, and we’re most fortunate to have this collection of outstanding MDs providing care to our community.

Dr Hsei.
