I was very impressed! I made an appointment on their website and only had to wait 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The offices were clean, conversations parking. Couldn't have been a better experience.

If I could give a zero, I would. Very unprofessional work ethic. Came in to get a TB test done, waited almost two hours before they got me in to the clinic which I understood because its a healthcare facility so there will be waiting but there was only about two clients ahead of me so those two hours felt dragged. Came in during the period they told me to come in to get my test read and had me waiting for almost an hour before realizing what I wanted and in turn told me that I wasn’t going to be able to get my results because they didn’t have them ready. I then had to come in the next day, which when I did, unfortunately I was unable to come during the time period but I still decided to see if they would be able to read my results anyway due to their lack prior to but when I came in, they told me the same thing, that it was invalid and that I would have to repay for another test. Besides the incompetence of the workers, they’re also very dismissive and inhospitable. $50 down the drain and a waste of my time. Do not come here.

Great location. The staff was very helpful. I was lucky when I arrived there were no others waiting and it didn't take long to be seen.

I have been here for a couple of years coming i absolutely love the girls at the front desk are always sweet and helpful and the doctors always so nice very satisfying i wouldn't go to any other care except here

The woman that runs the front desk and draws blood did an amazing job. She is kind and has a light hand with the needle. It was painless. She's the one with the fluffy socks and Hokas.
The physican assistant, Leilani, was very through at explaining what was going on and what to look out for.
The intake was quick and easy. I'm so happy I was recommended this place. I really thought I was going to have to go the weekend without an answer.

Everyone was very attentive and efficient!

Leilani was extremely caring and kind... I was a bit confused while she was asking me specific questions and kept apologizing for my delayed responses, and she took the time to wait for all the answers. That is GOLD in the medical field and in any other profession... And that means she truly cares about other human beings.
She also apologized for the time it took for me to get assistance, and it felt so sincere I know she really felt bad about it.

I came here twice in a week and had a great experience with the nurses and doctors themselves. I felt cared for and heard. I would come back for them. Now to explain why I took down two stars, the attitude from the girl in the front is ridiculous. I encourage them to find a job that they actually enjoy. Would be great to not feel unwelcome when coming here.

Dr Fisher (sp?) followed up to check in on my daughter… I started here and even though they were not able to treat her they were sincere and helpful…not a requirement to be in the medical profession but definitely appreciated..
