For the most part I've had a good experience with them. I call in to check for my approval (100% success rate so far) and contact information to make appointments so that I don't have to wait for the snail mail before I can make my appointment, so that always saves me a lot of time. So far i havent had issues w getting approved my Dr moved fast and as was driving home when I received a call for appointment, due to emergency they gave me same wk appointment. My son’s app is tomorrow, hope all is good

!!YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO FILE FOR AN APPEAL IN COURT IF THEY ARE NEGLECTING YOU!

!!CALL THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH MANAGEMENT BOARD AND ASK FOR ASSISTANCE & REPRESENTATION!

The worst interactions on my life with anything at all medical or otherwise. They do no to answer the phone at any hour or date, they do not call back, but if they do, it rings once and they hang up. They need to be taken to court.

The response is extremely SLOW with attitude issue.
Out patient referral takes 6+ days and still not released.
They really can do better to streamline and expedite the process.
Visit ER is my last resolution.

I notice there are many bad reviews in regard to authorization approvals, but 99.9% of the times customer services have told us providers that they are NOT responsible for approving or denying services, to my experience, we are always told IEHP is responsible for approving or denying authorizations of services to patients, I suggest next time you experience an issue like that please remember that most of the time is not up to them to approved or denied cases, let’s instead be informed of whom do we need to contact and forward proper documentation to avoid any delay, I know for a fact IEHP is responsible for authorization, other that this, I am giving a 5 star to them for their politeness and their advised to resubmit ALWAYS to IEHP I haven’t got any issues nor delays in my approvals and payments. I noticed that there are a lot of people who not happy with the service they provide. I thank GOD that I have someplace that I can go and get better. I have had no issues at all, (other then waiting), with the service or services that they offer. If you are paying for the service, I understand, however, if you getting the services for free, (AND YOU PROBABLY ARE!). Then, YOU really have the opportunity to go somewhere else. It is a perfect machine run by imperfect people. 'Nuff said!!!!

If you actually get someone to answer the phone, they tell you what you want to hear and then DO NOTHING!! They don't approve referrals that your doctor refers you to, but where THEY think you should go. It's a joke to them. If I could give a negative rating I would.

This is my IPA thru Molina Healthcare and ever since this new authorization group was given to me via my Drs I have had absolutely no trouble with anything my Drs etc have ever requested feom them. Thank you God
