The team out at KGB URGENT CARE are outstanding. Doctor Cooper & her team were above reproach caring for my wife 2 days ago. Then today they cared for me. Absolutely the way a person wishes to be treated when ill, with respect & caring.
I feel blessed to have them just down the road from my residence.

The care we received day of was quick and everything you’d want from an urgent care. The check in process took a while but actually seeing the Dr was great. The billing process has been an utter nightmare. We were seen at the same time for the same thing (3 of us had strep). We get our bills in the mail and one bill is higher then other. I’ve attempted to call the urgent care to ask about this several times, and the woman I spoke to did not seem to want to help very much. I’ve mailed a dispute, I’ve called the people who actually manage the urgent care. We’ve been billed a code but apparently the urgent care does not require the Drs to take notes so no one knows who input the code or why we were charged the way we charged. I sent an email over to the urgent care and the same one I spoke to on the phone says she has no idea what my dispute is about (I sent her screenshots of me calling her number several times). All in all, I don’t think it should take almost a month and a half to figure out WHY we were charged the way we were charged. Not to mention, if there are no doctor’s notes, they won’t even be able to explain WHY we were charged the way we were. I honestly can’t believe there are no drs notes… what about insurance or liability? It seems so shady and underhanded. Unless I have no choice in the matter, I likely will not visit this urgent care again.

I called to make sure they were accepting online appointments since I have done them in the past only to walk in and say they weren’t accepting them. After being on hold for 5 minutes they picked up then hung up on me. Tried calling back and they didn’t answer. I have a very sick granddaughter and was just trying to get her seen. Settlers Bay is closest to me however they are obviously too unprofessional to even handle a simple phone call. Definitely wouldn’t trust them with my granddaughter.
I understand being busy but you don’t answer the phone, place someone on hold then hang up on them.

I ended up going there when I was in really rough shape. I was in so much pain i could barely open my eyes. The staff was fantastic and did everything they could before transfering me to Mat-Su regional. I would highly recommend them any day.

Went in for a Urinary issue. We are from out of state and within an hour I was on my way with my prescription. They were even able to bill my insurance.

I went to the urgent care because, the night before, I had awakened to the feeling of something inside my ear. I was terrified that a spider or other insect had decided it would be a great place to nest and procreate. Needless to say, I did not sleep well and went immediately when the facility opened.

Everyone who I had to tell my story to was very kind and treated me with compassion. Very embarrassing to state my fear. I am happy to report nothing was in my ear, just some fluid. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

The staff was friendly and tried to do a thorough job. I had a reaction to MSG while on aircraft that morning. Cancelled travel plans and needed a note for travel insurance. After 2 hrs assistant wanted to do an EKG. I tried to explain I have a heart Dr that monitors any heart issues and an EKG wasn't necessary. Anyway I ended up leaving.

They always take care of my problem efficiently and quickly. And I love their save your spot in line on their website which makes it almost like you have an appointment or don't have to wait very long to be seen.
