Dr. Day and Sandy have made a big difference in my life. I spend four hours in the clinic and they did a thorough evaluation of my medical condition. By taking the time to discuss all the overlapping symptoms they suggested changes in the drugs I was taking that had been prescribed by three different doctors. I now feel better than I have in the past six months. I went into the office using a cane and within 24 hours I stopped using it.

I unfortunately didn’t miss getting sick this season. I visited 1st care on Saturday morning. The front staff, nurse, and doctor were wonderful. The wait time was under 30 minutes. Dr. Westfall took his time to listen and explained what was wrong. He even personally called me with my lab results. I would definitely recommend going here for all your non emergency sick care.

Absolutely will never come back here again. My son broke his wrist, so we came to get it looked at. We waited 2 hours. Just to take another 2 hours for a simple x ray and splinting (it ended up being broken) we sat around and waited for every single little thing they had to do. And when it was time to leave we were rushed out. I went again about a month later because I had had a fever and congestion for over two weeks. I was told “since you just moved here, you aren’t used to the birch trees yet, you have allergies.” I mentioned a fever, very sore throat and constant headaches. Still, allergies. Got sent home with cough meds. Here I am 2 weeks later with pneumonia, a sinus infection and having to miss work for the next week because of this severe neglect. It’s so concerning that they have people who work here convincing patients that a potential serious illness is “allergies.” Had I been more immune compromised, this could have ended much worst. Shame on you.

Horrible experience, 2+ hours wait to be seen for CDL physical, another hour to receive paperwork. "Oh, we're really slammed today," "that doctor is out today" "oh, I really thought the provider had seen you." were the excuses. Don't waste your time!

I’ve been going to this clinic since I was a child, never would I thought I’d be writing this review. I wouldn’t take my DOG to this place. Not only have I had a terrible experience over something as simple as a DOCTORS NOTE but so has many of my friends and family members. 4 plus hour wait times, 3 doctors to diagnose STREP THROAT the most common of sicknesses. And more than a dozen, I wish I was over exaggerating but this is quite true, nurses, RN receptionist to get one doctors note. The ones you just change the name and date in. The ones that literally come in a template. I was lied to and told I MUST come in and pick up the note knowing I was still very sick and not in a condition to drive. So I did it, just to get home and find it’s still the wrong date. I haven’t had to work so hard just for people to help me while sick and weak. I went to steese Immediate care and they gave me the penicillin/antibiotics I should have been given my first visit at TVC first care. I told both my doctors I knew what I had and they told me I was wrong. Yet I tested positive at a clinic who actually puts time into running in house tests. Do not go to this clinic at all, worst experience I’ve had ever. After accepting fault they still could not apologize for terrible behavior and treatment.

Terribly rude. Made my injury worse. Gaslighting. No listening to the patient. Big fat ego.
