I had a lovely bodywork session with Audrey. The office was easily accessible, warm and inviting. The actual massage room was relaxing and clean. They were VERY respectful of CDC guidelines and took extra precautions to ensure my safety. The actual massage was invigorating and relaxing at the same time. I, personally, had a therapeutic massage, and felt infinitely better and more loose afterward, and for many days to follow. I, personally, have issues in both my lower-back and shoulders, and after just one session with Audrey, my entire spine and shoulder area felt 10 years younger. She’s very experienced, and armed with the knowledge to fix any kinks or knots you may have. Her new office space is incredible and features local artists, which I think is an amazing way to support the community. If you would like a personal experience, I hands down 110% recommend. This review is well overdue, and since I saw several reviews about Audrey and Sheila, I felt that it was necessary to give a review-topping review about Renee. Let me tell you about this woman: I started coming to Sacred Roots back in October '18 looking for a deep tissue massage. My previous massage therapist relocated to Texas, was supposed to come back after a year and a half, but never did. So I was without one for well over a year (I was being picky, but who wouldn't be when it comes to your health and wellness?). When I discovered Renee, I told her I was looking for someone who could 'tenderize' me (I'm an athlete). One thing that impressed me about Renee is that she knows her anatomy and she tailors her massages to your specific wants and needs. She has exceptional balance with her skill and I was in awe after my first massage. I never want to do anything after my 'Renee' massages because she addresses every nook and cranny on my body with precision. I find myself rearranging my schedule so I don't miss the awesomeness she has to offer! Thank you so much Renee for who you are as a professional and for giving me a renewed sense of wellness. You are THE best massage therapist I've ever had, hands down!!! 😀

I just saw her last week and tried cupping for the first time. It's a new service Sacred Roots offers. They use silicone cups instead of glass so the pressure and position can be easily adjusted. I was even more relaxed when I left Renee than I normally am. I didn't know that was possible! I could also tell my body was actively detoxing the next day b/c the cupping loosened up and flushed out a lot of toxins sitting around my body. I felt great knowing I was getting all that junk out of my body. I added cupping to my package of massages (Sacred Roots has great deals on massage packages). Now I have even more to look forward to each month!
