Yareli is amazing...i am a hard stick and she hit it at 1st attempt with no pain at all...not to mention she's a real sweetheart. Also, Kerry Oliver has been my PC for 7 years...she is excellent at her job as a PC, she has compassion for her senior citizens which sometimes is quite hard to find. Actually, the entire staff is truly a pleasure to see on every visit. Way to go Pineapple Health !!!

Yareli did an amazing job on my blood draw, I prefer a hand draw which sometimes is hard for phlebotomist but Yareli was quick, efficient, and I didn’t feel a thing!! Huge shout out to you Yareli, coming from a girl who is terrified of blood draws! Currently in the parking lot and I had to leave this review before I drove off, well deserved!

Unfortunately after my visit to their office today this will be the last time going there. Dr. Chan has been amazing PCP for the time that I was with him and this review as nothing to do with him.

While waiting for my appointment the front desk personnel were discussing their opinions clients! And I was able to hear their opinions they! After seeing Dr. Chan I need to speak to the front desk. I had some confusion about B-supreme vitamins and was under the impression that he was providing me with the vitamins until my script.

Anyways when walking away from the counter, they already started discussing me and how I thought the were giving them to me, while I was present and just walking away from the counter and waiting on my wife to pick me up!

This super unprofessional and totally inappropriate and while not be returning. This is super unfortunate, because Dr. Chan was a good provider and very thorough with his patients and has a really good bedside manner.

I have been going to Pineapple Health for more than 7 years and have had a very positive experience. I am healthier than ever thanks to their thorough and professional approach. They started with a comprehensive baseline of my blood and cardiovascular systems that resulted in several changes to my medications and lifestyle. I see the same person every time, so they know me well and understand the nuances of my health trends and changes over time. I only see the PA's there (not Dr. Chan), but that's fine because they are very good. They work with my cardiologist to ensure my meds are having a positive impact. I also receive hormone therapy there, which has been incredibly helpful to me. They work directly with Sonora Quest and have an on-site phlebotommist, making my blood work very convenient. I am sticking with Pineapple Health and encourage others to give them a try.

I’m not sure why they DIDNT tell me I was OUT of network? Like, I’ve worked at an eye doctor and had to call for approval for insurance and allowances and what not- and don’t tell me it’s different, because I’m sure you have all that information available immediately. When a patient is OUT OF NETWORK- why did PINEAPPLE HEALTH wait MONTHS to CHARGE ME, and TELL ME I was OUT OF NETWORK Shouldn’t that information been available when you call to approve anything with the insurance company? I’m not ignorant, I understand how things work, PineApple Health.

This is the ONLY place i will go for my health. Dr. Lopez is AMAZING. everyone at the front is so nice and knowledgeable on whats going on unlike most practitioners that you go into. Dr. Lopez truly does care about her patients and is right on the ball with wanting to help you with whatever problem you are trying to over come. The nurses are always so helpful and kind as well. Appointments are always easy to make and for reschedules they can get you in in a very reasonable time frame. Not to mention how nice and clean each room is. Gives such a comforting feeling when i go, which helps because i am not a fan of the doctors!. As long as Dr. Lopez is there i will be a lifetime patient. Thank you Pineapple Health for being so Great!!!! 🙂

I'm very happy with Dr. Kevin Chan and his staff as I'm benefiting from their hormone replacement therapy services. I started engaging with his practice last Sept 2017. Over multiple visits I've met most of their staff about the different services they offer. My experience has been encouraging and educational. I invested in the lab work to become aware of what my body is lacking to fix that with their help. The philosophy of personal responsibility around one's self-care I totally agree with!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went in for back pain and doctor said there was nothing they could do other than print out a list of physical therapists. Said they were covered by my insurance and they were not. And charged my $160 for a list of contacts I could have found with Google. Do not go here.
