My 3 month's experience at Foothills Physical Therapy was amazing! The therapists and assistants were all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My main therapist was Rachel who helped regain my balance with the use of my cane after experiencing a stoke. She taught with creative ways to improve my balance. I miss going there now that I have improved & reached my goals!

Foothills sports medicine PT has wonderful staff, both friendly and professional. The therapists were excellent and took the time to evaluate and explain everything they observed and made me feel comfortable with the process. The amazing support staff knew what they were doing, walked me through every exercise, and provided motivation as I progressed. The sessions worked me back into shape after a major shoulder surgery, and I’m back to full strength even though my surgeon said there was a possibility that I might not regain full range of motion. Foothills has me good as new. Greatly appreciative of all they did for me. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you team, for all that you do.

I had an excellent experience at Foothills Sports Medicine. The PT I saw (Matt) understood quickly what my issue was and knew right away the exercises necessary to alleviate the issue. The staff is all very friendly and supportive and encouraging. They must have asked me a million times what else they could do to help me. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

I broke my kneecap in 4 places fourteen weeks ago and started rehab at Foothills Ahwatukee 2 weeks post op. I was unable to put any weight on my leg for over 6 weeks but with the help and guidance of therapists Lori and Matt and techs, Cara and Dannie, I’m proud to say I’ve been able to hit all my milestones as of today. They do a great job with hands-on manipulation and exercises to get their patients rehabilitated and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, dedication and encouragement throughout this process. I wouldn’t be where I am today in my rehab without their help and expertise.

I am in physical therapy for my foot and my physical therapist is Lori. I am very impressed with Lori. She is thorough, smart and good at explaining things. I am 32 and have done the physical therapy equivalent to a 108 year old man, I’ve had 4 surgeries. I’ve worked with more than 10 plus physical therapists. She is the best! Lori is my physical therapist for the future. If I need physical therapy, I want Lori to be my therapist. Until she retires or is not available.

I have been going to Foothills Sports Medicine for several months because I have been dealing with chronic pain on my knee. I am very grateful for this place. Ted and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I was treated for a shoulder ailment for about 7 months. Halfway through my treatment I had an outpatient procedure on my shoulder.
I would recommend Foothills Physical Therapy. The staff is not only courteous and friendly. They really know their stuff. The therapist are very knowledgeable.
