Like many people I chose this clinic because of the high ratings & this was the only clinic taking new patients. However, I am very disappointed. I came in for a physical, but it did not feel like a physical at all. I got charged around $300 just for him to check my heart rate. It's ridiculous he didn't ask about my immunization records or check anything. Every physical I've ever had they do a thorough check of everything. I respect that it's his own practice and an actual doctor saw me instead of a PA, but that's about the only thing I liked about this place.

Dr. O (as his patients call him) is one of the best physicians I have ever had. I moved to the area 2 years ago and feel so lucky to have found him. He listens to you and I mean really listens. He is compassionate and sincerely cares about his patients. Not just about your physical health but is also concerned about how are you doing in general as a person. He isn't the normal physician who wants you in and out. He is one of a kind. The staff is also wonderful. You walk in and they remember your name and are professional yet in a personal way. You can't go wrong with the care they provide.

I chose this clinic because of the high ratings. However, I was unimpressed. The physician was not personable and inattentive. My physical exam was more like a routine appointment than an actual PE but my insurance was definitely billed as a PE. The front desk personnel are unwelcoming and unfriendly which right away reflects a poor image of the clinic. Perhaps if I was an established patient and not a new patient my experience would have been better. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Dr. Oppong-Takyi is the best primary care doctor I have had in my 40 years living in the S.E. Valley. He seems to care about my health as he would for a member of his own family. He knows when he can effectively treat something and when I need to see a specialist. Lastly, he has a wonderfully kind, calming demeanor.

The doctor refused to work with me and my insurance costing me hundreds of extra dollars. He is an inconsiderate individual who has no concept of what the working class has to pay for healthcare. Additionally, he has terrible bedside manner. He left me crying in a room because I had no idea how I was going to pay for the medications I need. Lastly, I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance that was cancelled two days before it was supposed to happen because he "wouldn't be in the office." It is incredibly unprofessional to give only two days notice. I would not recommend him to anyone I care about.

Dr. O is the best doctor in town. He actually wants to get to the bottom of things instead of treating the symptoms, he isn’t out to get your money. Like he just called me to tell me what my records said instead of making me go to a appointment. I love this doctor!!!!
