If I could give zero stars, I would! You would think when considered high risk that there would be some, I mean ANY sense of urgency, but there isn’t and it is so sad. The messages sent through the patient portal don’t get responded to. The calls dont get returned and the voice mails get ignored. Im near the end of my pregnancy, so its a little too late to establish care in a new facility without having to wait an extensive time for an appointment. If I thought my level of care could be reduced to less than what I am experiencing now, I would wait until after delivery to make this post, however, that is not the case. 0/10, would NOT recommend. Save yourself and your baby the stress .

UPDATE: I LIED WHEN I SAID IT COULDN'T GET ANY WORST! After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment, having three different scheduled times, they just called and canceled the one I was supposed to have today! Please take heed when I say. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I am very unhappy with this facility. They had me schedule a follow up appointment before I spoke to my OBGYN. My OB said they no longer needed me to go to this facility. Good luck trying to get a hold of any one at this facility. I have left multiple voicemails to cancel my appointment with no call back for over a week. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Very satisfied with every visit I had there! Team was very helpful and caring all across from front desk to ultrasound tech to my doctor Amy who took care of me! From seeing a specialist for all 3 of my pregnancies, all at a different office and Dr. I can say dr. Amy R. Fankhanel and her team was definitely my favorite one! Would definitely come back in the future if I ever need help

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with Dr. Huls and was treated like I have Munchausen Syndrome. I have had four miscarriages and was recently diagnosed by my Reproductive Endocrinologist with a blood clotting disorder. At my consult with the MFM, he said my RE is wrong and would not prescribe me the necessary medication to keep me safe during pregnancy and also prevent another loss. In his clinical notes, he expressed "there may be other concerning features here given the patients anxiety, frequent
accessing of the healthcare system, and insistence on treatment. She was tearful during the visit, and unhappy with my
recommendations."

I am trying to receive proper medical care with my diagnosis and his response questions my mental health? For wanting to follow my Reproductive Endocrinologist's orders? I'm sorry I cry when talking about my multiple miscarriages. Must be so inconvenient for him.

I spoke with a highly recommended MFM today and he agreed with my blood clotting diagnosis and treatment plan. If I had listened to Dr. Huls, it would have been catastrophic.
