The staff were fine, not personable, but not rude either. Dr. Ragaini took her time to speak with me and explain all options and risks. I appreciate her taking the time to discuss in detail. She also answered all my questions. I am very pleased with her.

The office is clean, staff is friendly and punctual. Dr. Ragaini addressed all of my concerns and had my prescriptions and labs sent before I was even out of the office. I also needed a blood draw which I only had to wait a couple of minutes to have it drawn in office. Great experience!

Dr. Ragaini is the most wonderful, patient and informative doctor. She’s extremely well mannered and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend coming here. Disrespectful Emily.
The entire staff at this location is very nice, friendly and polite. If there is ever an inconvenience, the staff always is understanding and respectful to correct the problem. That is everyone EXCEPT Emily. Emily is very harsh and disrespectful. She does not match the usual staff at this location and in my opinion, as a patient, Emily needs to be retained on patient manners.
FYI, Emily has a blonde bob and wears glasses. She works at the front desk of New Horizon’s Women’s Care, Chandler location.
