Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Mrs. Tracy, the Customer Service Representative,was very helpful in assisting me with ordering my Mother's medical equipment, and Mr. George, the Delivery Courier, was very punctual and most helpful with assembling the equipment; and he did it all with a smile.
