I don't even know that words can express my gratitude and happiness for this incredible local business. My mom broke her foot in 3 places and after we got that confirmation from urgent care, this place was our next stop to get a knee scooter. I almost ordered from Amazon and I'm so happy that I didn't. Google came through for us on this one, and I will absolutely refer everyone I know to come here! The level of compassion, care, and knowledgeable delivery was beyond reassuring. What an incredible experience it has been working with Ultimate Medical Supply! My knee surgery was moved up yet they were able to ship me a cryocube in time for me to use after the procedure. Top notch service, great working knowledge of equipment and compassionate understanding. The best around!

I heard about this place from a CVS cashier after telling him about my endless search for women's thigh high 20-30 mmHg compression socks (that covered my toes). I had literally looked EVERYWHERE. Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Fry's pharmacy, etc.. I was hesitant to buy some from Amazon because I didn't know about their quality or sizing.
The next day, after learning of this store I came in. I was greeted and welcomed in. I felt judged, awkward and insecure about the way my legs appear in all the other stores asking for these socks. A lot of the reason is because I'm about 30 years younger than the average age of people needing these socks. Not for one second did I ever feel awkward or like I was being judged by the sales guy (I forgot his name). Despite being self conscious about my legs he made me feel at ease as he measured my legs to ensure I received the right size. I can honestly say that this was the first time I didn't feel ashamed or embarrassed about my legs during my weeks long search for these socks.
I highly recommend this place for anyone having a hard time finding a specific medical item. If I ever find myself needing any type of medical items or equipment, I will definitely come here first because it will be the only place I will need to go.

This place…. Wow! Absolutely amazing. I messed up my knee and was in desperate need of a knee brace/immobilizer. I called and they answered right away. Super knowledgeable about the products they have and have a huge variety to choose from. They had exactly what I needed so I came in, we tried it on and it was perfect! I walked… well limped out feeling so much safer with a brace on that actually fit me. It’s a family run business and I will be giving them my business for as long as I’m in AZ. They take the time to know what’s going on so they can get the best they have to fit your needs! Thank you so much gentleman! Also, in house firefighter is awesome! Love hearing advice from the real pros and Hero’s!

I was being discharged from the hospital and was in need of a bed to rent for my recuperation. I called Ultimate Medical and they said yes they had one and could deliver it the same day.Micheal showed up at our doorstep within minutes of me arriving home. They set the bed up and when it was time that I no longer needed it , Michael came to the house and picked it up. I'd give them a 10 star rating if the scale went higher .
