Connor is an amazing PT!! He asked comprehensive questions during the evaluation, really taking his time to listen to me. He helped reduce my back pain by the time I left the appointment!!! He gave me exercises to do at home that were innovative and not your standard “PT exercises”. Waits Physical Therapy is a beautiful facility with friendly staff! I highly recommend Connor and Waits Physical Therapy if you are looking for an amazing PT experience.

After years of Chronic neck pain and treatments from several doctors and Pain clinics I finally went to Waits Physical and so happy I did. They took the time to identify the problem and give me treatments tailored to my problems. I am finally getting relief from the pain I thought would never go away. This is my Father-In-Law. He had a stroke May 1st that had left his right side very severely weak. Thanks to the people at Waits Physical Therapy, namely Breanna, and the whole crew, this grumpy, cute man was playing his Accordion again, walking faster than me, and smiling.
He can’t wait till he can come every day he is scheduled. Breanna, Eric and Diana come to greet him by name and he feels very comfortable. Chad has put amazing people in place to make such a difference in people’s lives. Thank you- The Kautzman family.

Everyone I’ve dealt with was friendly and helpful, whether it was care related or administrative.
My therapist (Francis Sinfuego) was very thorough and knowledgeable when I came in for my evaluation. Always seem to care about what I have to say, listens intently to what I say and how I’m feeling, and makes me feel that it really is important what I say, even to the point of basing some of the treatment on that. He has also done hands on treatment which has been extremely helpful. He really takes the time to understand your issue, diagnose you, and come up with lots of stretches and exercises to help treat you. After just 6 weeks the pain is almost non existent, and the range of motion is greatly improved.
Frankie is a great PT. He is extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend.

I’ll start by saying that my situation was very complex. I’ve had multiple concussions over the course of my life and that’s left me with lingering symptoms that never really went away. My expectations walking into Waits PT was that I wanted to come out with tools and strategies that would help me cope with these lingering symptoms. Connor was the PT that I worked with. From our first visit to the last, he displayed the characteristics of what I believe to make great PTs. He listened carefully and spoke clearly. After the initial eval I could tell that he even did his own research to better understand how to treat me more effectively. He gave me strategies that actually work and exercises that challenged me. Everyone at Waits PT truly cares for their patients and I don’t think you’d find a better quality clinic than here in the valley.
