I can't schedule another appointment until I speak to my case worker. However, I can't get ahold of them to schedule a time to meet. I can't recommend Spectrum as a place to receive quality mental healthcare. At first it was fine but then my psychiatrist and case worker both left and since then it has been a revolving door of inadequate doctors and case workers. Multiple times my psychiatrist would not fill all of my medications and I would have to call 5-6+ times over the course of 2 weeks just to attempt to get them to send the medication to the pharmacy. This is a pathetic excuse for patient care. I couldnt get my psychiatrist to fill my medications so I became fed up with them and decided to go through withdrawal just so I wouldn't have to deal with trying to get them to send the script again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Spectrum Healthcare has saved my life.
B4 I found them I was an excessively angry agoraphobic and finding help was so hard. After a hospital visit I was given their number to call and I am so glad I called it.

I have been with them for over a year now with an awesome and attentive psychiatrist Kindra Ochoa (monthly), a theripist Elizabeth Mendez who is always remarkable the way she helps me take baby steps (bi-weekly), and a case worker Sue Diaz who is compassionate and supportive and always on the ball (monthly visits) and they are always available to help in between appointments if needed.

My calls for therapy on the phone and psychiatrist on Zoom, which I do appreciate as it was necessary when I began with them.. My case worker actually comes to my house to see me in person and offers me help all the time for things I didn't even know I needed.

I am on a whole regiment of meds that Kindra prescribed me. No other doctor I tried even came close to the changes in me that Kindra's "Angry man concoction" did in the first month. It made me a new person who could actually listen to Elizabeth's wisdom. I never could have heard what she said before the meds.

Kindra moved on and we are stumbling to get a good replacement for her but they are trying.

I'm not perfect by far, but I am much better. Even my wife is beginning to enjoy time with me again as I'm now able to show her love that I've not done in many years.

If you need help with your mental health these are the folks you need to call. They are very non-judgmental even when I flounder. That helps my being honest which gets me better help.

I will say there website could use a little help but their service outshines any flaws on their website.

Quick and effective care for a majority of the population. This would be good for most people due to the law of large numbers. But for individualized & personal 1:1 complete healthcare I recommend you keep searching. Website and phone system are better then most but still have same annoying error trends of others in the industry.

Worst place to get medical treatment
I had an appointment today at 4:15 pm I received an email to confirm my appointment and also the location of my appointment
TURNS OUT THE LOCATION THEY SENT ME DOESNT EVEN EXIST ! I waited more 30 minutes just to get an answer from the office before I was trying to let them know the location was wrong and I needed to know where to go , by the time they answered it was already 4pm the representative I spoke with asked me to send her proof of the address they sent me and I did!!! I told her if I can still go see the doctor she said that the provider VENETA THOMPSON said no because I was going to be there to late BUT AGAIN HOW IS THAT MY FAULT!!! When they sent the wrong address!!!! She doesn’t even care about her patients or their needs because if she did she would have at least give me a call ! I even asked the representative if I can at least see her on video call because I needed medication that is only prescribed I have asthma and she knows my medical history well I wanted in cue to see her through the video call like the representative told me and she never answered! I missed a day of work because of this and now I have to go to the hospital because I need medication, and I wasted my time and waited weeks for this appointment! And I know they don’t care to lose a patient but I will NEVER GO BACK THERE I never been disrespected and treated like I don’t matter!

I cannot recommend this facility for mental healthcare. At first it was great, but my psychiatrist left and I was placed with an incompetent doctor. Every month my prescriptions have been messed up and I have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to fix it. Fixing it usually requires multiple calls as well. If you have the choice, find another doctor.

Was assigned to a case manager 4 weeks ago and I have yet to meet with them. I had 2 appointments scheduled that were canceled because of the case manager and not because of me. I have attempted to reach out to schedule an appointment and connect with the case manager and false promises are made and no attempt to reschedule the canceled appointments. Asked for the supervisor’s email and they refuse to give it too me. 10/10 DO NOT recommend

Waited 2 months to meet with Steve Aiello, for my first visit, only to be sat down in front of a computer to chat. (Seems impersonal and unprofessional for this type of Dr visit) the staff was only to happy to cancel my visit and have me out the door, no call from anyone to see if I am okay.
