Exceptional ED Services! The team was attentive to my needs and showed great care in addressing my emergency. I also have been receiving my primary care with Valleywise for years and have a Phenomenal PCP at Valleywise So Phoenix Clinic. She always provided me with outstanding care and is a great medical detective in not just treating symptoms and committed to finding the cause of the symptoms. Without reservation, I highly recommend Valleywise for anyone in need of award winning care.

I took the maternity package and so far I am very happy with the service and the staff. Place is clean, it’s all new and updated few months ago. Consider it if you are looking for an affordable place to give birth.

The fastest emergency service ever. Got called within the five minutes that I had arrived. Staff was very helpful and concerned.

The five stars that I'm leaving is for the amazing nurses that cared for my mother while she was in this hospital. Shelly and Shenai were wonderful and caring, they treated my mother as I would have. Jose Feliciano is a true angel on earth. In my mother's final days he was so kind, attentive, compassionate and considerate. He ordered coffee, muffins, and fruit, and had the cafe place them on a cart outside of the room that my mother was in. To prepare for the loss of a mother is difficult in itself but Jose's kindness provided us some comfort. We are forever grateful for him. He deserves the recognition.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Valley Wise Hospital. The staff consistently denied my calls for help, leaving me feeling neglected and helpless. The screen for requesting assistance was often malfunctioning, making it even more difficult to get the attention I needed.
Additionally, the hospital was severely understaffed, leading to long wait times and subpar care. The staff even resorted to lying about when they would be able to assist me, further adding to my frustration.
To make matters worse, it was clear that the hospital was dealing with internal emergencies on a regular basis. The computers were constantly malfunctioning, causing delays and errors in my treatment. It felt like the entire place was being run like a prison, with little regard for the well-being of the patients.
Overall, my experience at Valley Wise Hospital was a nightmare. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical care.

This place should be shut down. It's an absolute joke and anyone that calls themselves a "DR." at this facility needs to be fired.
My mother-in-law was transported to Valleywise after a fall and hitting her head. They released her saying everything was OK. Weeks had passed and she was still not feeling right. She went to her home hospital in Rochester, Minnesota, and after a brain scan, they determined she had two brain aneurysms.
The doctors in MN pulled her records from Valleywise and saw that they had never even done an MRI on her head. They had only completed one on her spine. How in the absolute hell do you go to a hospital with a head injury and get your spine, scanned and not your head.
Avoid this hospital at all costs. Complaints will be filed to ensure things are looked into as to the malpractice that's continuously happening here.

Came in after I was in a car accident. I had whiplash and concussion. they had me do x rays and MRI, which still makes no sense to me . I feel like I was taken advantage of because I had a personal injury case, and the doctor could care less my situation . Would not recommend

I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Brains in the Emergency Department. Despite my concerns about a bump on my head that was significantly affecting my daily life, she did not take appropriate action. Instead of addressing my symptoms comprehensively, she opted for a CT scan and failed to perform any blood work or further investigations. This was particularly concerning given my reported dizziness, headaches, and a previous tragic accident three years ago. Moreover, the hospital did not have a specialist available, which seems unacceptable. Dr. Brains also did not take the time to ask pertinent questions or thoroughly discuss my condition. I feel that her approach was insufficient and I will be contacting the patient advocate to address these issues.
