I've been using One Medical for several years and seeing Christina Cousins, PA for a majority of my visits. She is a phenomenal provider. She really feels like a partner in my health. She listens carefully, acknowledges my concerns, and answers my questions thoroughly. I have always been able to book last minute appointments, and the other providers I've seen have also been great (Esther and Ann). Labs, pharmacy, and referrals are always smooth. I highly recommend this office! Thank you!

The lab is supposed to close from 11:45-1pm, I left work early and got here at 11:30 JUST so I could get my lab work done before my 12:00 appt and she says “oh sorry, the lab closed early, @11:30 today b/c they were SO busy this morning and just needed an extra break” So, I have to wait until 1pm to get my blood drawn. However, at 1 pm there is now a waiting room of people ahead of me, apparently all waiting for lab work. So because the lab needed 15 minutes of “an extra break”, I had to lose 3 HOURS from my job. I’d advise calling ahead to see if they’re adhering to their posted hours before going in for lab work.

I arrived for my 4pm appointment at 4:01pm because I was coming straight from work. I booked this appointment 3 weeks ago with Ann Andrew’s. She brought me back to her office to tell me I needed to arrive 15 minutes early in order to be seen. I asked why they sent me a confirmation text confirming my 4pm appointment and why it didn’t say 3:45. She said she wasn’t comfortable rushing though the procedure because she was double booked and refused to see me even though I arrived on time. It was extremely unprofessional.

I have switched to Ester Fleming as my primary provider. She is wonderful. She is an excellent listener, efficient, and knowledgeable. She refers me when appropriate and I have loved everyone that she has referred me to. One medical combined with Amazon pharmacy has really simplified my life.

I have been with One Medical for 10 years, it was a new expierence for me. Having my own portal with all my info including blood work and any other testing or vacines and also visits with my Doctor. All I have to do is reach out to my medical team for advice and also for prescriptions that I might need. This has been so handy for me. With my busy schedule I need someone who can help me when needed, thanks to the staff at One Medical Biltmore.

The providers here have been fine but I learned rather abruptly (I had to ask them) that One Medical providers are no longer covered by my insurance. Apparently, One Medical is affiliated with Dignity Health, which has been in a dispute with Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ. Who knew? Before you pay the annual fee double check your coverage. As of yesterday they are still listed as covered by BCBS.
