I found out today that if the diabetic educators are not available, like today, that the pharmacy was able to help. Therefore I did not have to wait 2 hours for them to be done with their meeting before they would be available. One of the pharmacist, by the name of Lauren was able to get the sensor attached to my arm and get it connected to the app on my phone. She was super nice and very helpful and informed me that if the diabetic educators were not available to help me that anyone in the pharmacy could. Which I did not know. To me, that is great info and I will keep that in mind the next time I need help. She was amazing and, like I said, Very HELPFUL. Nice to know that there is another available and valuable resource for help. Which i think is great!!!! Thank you Lauren!!

Toni did a great job in taking care of me during my exam. She took precautions to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She also explained what she was going to during my visit. She also answered any questions I to the best of her ability. Lastly when we were done with the exam she took my result to the doctor immediately and was able to give me the all clear so I did not have to come back another time or wait long for the results. I was so happy to get the all clear. Thanks Toni! Don’t ever leave your department!

I took my child to the vaccine clinic, and the lady we saw, I think her name was Chanel, was very nice and patient with my daughter, who was nervous. She took the time to explain what the vaccines were for and answered all of my questions. She made the whole experience much easier for my child. I will definitely be asking for her next time when we come in for flu shots!

I have had such a great experience here at PIMC, the staff was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and inviting. Ashley Kendall was very thorough in explaining what was being done, and letting me know the results of all my lab work in a very timely manner. She was extremely helpful in getting some of my future appointments in line and getting referrals in.

My time going to Physical Therapy for the past 2 years. Physical Therapist Henry and Felicia have work with me to relieve the pain. I was having in my left shoulder. They were both patient and under standing. Now that I have change of work duties. My shoulder has not been in so much pain. I had my last appointment with Physical Therapist Henry on October 11th. He did a review with me and I had pass. So having a last session was a good feeling. I thank him and he wish me well.

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin. The ENTIRE staff is AMAZING!!! When I checked in for my appointment Jennifer always has a smile and genuinely cares about the patients.

Dr.Ngo is incredibly thorough, compassionate and takes the time to listen to her patients.

Miss Verna and Miss Lauren, ALWAYS have the most beautiful and genuine smile. It absolutely makes my day to see their beautiful faces. You can tell they both love what they do and they care about the patients.

All four employees deserve a gift card for ALWAYS going above and beyond to make the patient feel important.

5 GOLD STARS!!!!!

I was having lower back issues and at my wits end. The physical therapy department came to my rescue. The first time I tried dry needling also along with my exercises. My back is now under control and I’m not having any issues.
