First off let me tell you the staff here is amazing. Dr. Day really connects with each patient and gets ro know who they are. Also goes out of his way to make sure you are where u want to be and need to be. His staff Jenna, Jessica and Cj are amazing and make sure you are 100% when you leave. Would definitely recommend ?

Fast, friendly, and professional! When you call to schedule an appointment, they can send a link to the number you’re calling from to book online if you’d prefer to do that, and the scheduler that I talked to was very pleasant and able to offer me several appointment times during the week. All staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and the doctor talked with me about scheduling appointments and treatment options to best ensure that my insurance will cover them. It definitely seemed like they take care of their employees as I got the impression that the staff liked working there. I had a fantastic experience, and I will for sure be going back!

I have been going to redirect Health at 2629 N. Scottsdale Rd for about 3 years now. I have been very happy with them and Kristine Fletcher. She is an outstanding pa and spends her time with her patients and even emails. and calls on her days off. She is the kindest, caring compassionate medical professional I have had since I can remember and I am over 55. I would not hesitate to recommend her or the practice. They are good at answering their phones and returning calls at the office.

Absolutely love this office and their amazing staff. There is not a single employee I do not get along with. They are all so nice. They my husband and I as soon as we walk in. They don't have to ask us our names. They always have the best and biggest smiles on their faces. They treat us with love and care like we are their own family members. It's so nice to feel comfortable and welcome at a Dr office. Will always go back. Highly recommend. 15/10 in my book or higher.

I'd been going here for many years because they would accept various insurance and care was ok, but it's declined to to point where I've changed doctors. The main issue is that they will only address one symptom at a time. If you have 2, you need to come back - but they aren't upfront about it - they just make you feel like a chore if you don't have a cut and dry issue that can be solved with a prescription. At my last appointment, my concerns were ignored. I ended up having an impingement (diagnosed later somewhere else) and it was causing pain up into my ear; I was given antibiotics for an ear infection. I ended up going to urgent care to find out what it might be since it felt like my clavicle was broken and I couldn't use my arm.

My new Dr. discovered a really low vitamin D & B12 deficiency which was the cause of the other issues I was having. A laundry list of symptoms were being caused by those deficiencies, but they were ignored because that was too many symptoms for them to address. The bloodwork that they ordered I was told everything was normal, left as a message on my answering machine. There doesn't seem to be any focus on health, it's about keeping appointments down to 5-10 mins. I'm writing this review so people can be aware, since 'care' like this can cost people their health.

My dad and I were sent here after we were rear-ended for the injuries we sustained. We weren't too thrilled, thinking it was going to be a crowded, busy office. We were pleased to see that it was nice and quiet with plenty of space for everyone. We have been coming here for almost 2 months and every time has been a treat. Everyone is so nice and I mean this more than ever: it feels like we're right at home. The receptionists are always so sweet! Dr. Smith is so nice and his staff, Holly, Joseph, and Angel are so friendly and always keeping things moving. I cannot recommend this place more. I'm sad to be finishing up treatment soon because everyone is so cool, but I'm also happy and thankful that they got my dad and I back into good shape. If I ever need an adjustment, I'll be coming back here for sure. Thank you for everything!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PAIN.
Several herniated discs after an acute neck injury. Offered no pain relief other than shots of toradol and muscle relaxers which both have been proven to not work. No counseling, refused to provide proper pain management and control even though they’re specialists in pain management (folks, don’t be fooled. Pain management for them is ibuprofen, injections, muscle relaxers, holistic alternatives - eye roll)
Will not be returning as they aren’t effective. The doctor in surprise is especially unprofessional. When I asked her what I should do if the pain and symptoms (numbing, weakness, etc) becomes intolerable and I have to go to the ER - she said:
“They won’t be able to do anything for you, and won’t be able to prescribe you anything so best of luck.”
Are you kidding me? They helped me tremendously last week and got me my mri results within 4 hours. They told me if symptoms get worse or numbness and/or weakness gets worse to come in.
Yet, the “pain specialist” at Redirect said “oh well”
Do not recommend at all.

I am very happy with Dr. Sethi as well as her staff. Not only is she kind and caring but very engaging and will listen to your concerns. She seems quite knowledgeable and so far I feel she has done well by me. Fortunately I have not had any serious ailments. When she comes in the room she has already looked over your chart so you don’t feel like she is meeting you for the first time. It doesn’t appear that this office overbooks as I am always greeted within 5 or 10 minutes of my appointment. This approach is very important and keeps one from feeling like a number on the assembly line. Another reason I like this office is they are very accommodating and will get you in fast if you have something serious going on. I have been coming here less than a year but so far am very pleased with the care my husband and I have received.
