I know it's late to post, but about 2 years ago the night nurse had just came on. I was having palpitations extremely high and the nurse that wore the bandana around her head drew my blood out od a a syringe and then put it into the tubes and dropping blood all over the floor and my dress. Blood clots on the floor in the bathroom and a big blood clot on the floor outside the ER entrance. Never will return as I went one time before and I spoke with the "boss" and he was awesome
This 2nd time I will never go back. Leave me all your worries as I don't want no apologies as I will never go back.

On Wednesday night my daughter went in with a strong stomach pain that was very hard for her to breath or even walk. From the time she was there and the time she was released on Saturday morning her stay there was nothing but great. The service that they provided her and us once we arrived from California was great. The am and pm nurses, doctors and everyone in between where very caring, professional and courteous. Brandon, Claudia, Chris, Victor and everyone else that treated my daughter, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Kennedy is an amazing doctor, very attentive, compassionate and hard working. Although hospital visits can be nerve racking and scary for elderly, he is very assuring and promising in his work. RN Lena is amazing and provides very adequate care. Only one can pray to receive such amazing care upon arrival to the ER with their elderly loved one.

I was admitted to the emergency room after having a collapsed lung. Everyone was so nice. They listened to my concerns and made me stable. I was transferred to a room. I had some more problems and a room full of doctors came in. This is the best service I’ve ever had at a hospital. From the ER to the 5th floor to the 3rd floor I had excellent care. Thank you Abrazo Central Campus. Awesome hospital.

I haven’t visited this location since bad experience in 2018 unfortunately I got ill today and had to come in and to my surprise. The nurse that helped me Christina M was absolutely amazing. I expressed to her how I said I would never come back to this hospital, but I am, happy that I chose to come today because she is giving me excellent care ! She moved as quick as she could make sure I got the fluids I needed and has been so accommodating I appreciate how well she works and her knowledge!

This ER has some of the kindest staff I've been helped by. I came in because my throat was feeling sore and I wanted to make sure it wasn't covid. The nurse that was helping me at the time was Eric and he's incredible, he was very funny which helped me relax and get comfortable. He got me tested quick and thankfully no covid. I'm definitely coming back here from now on!

Torn review. Security guards amazing. Zoe and Erica, two of the ICU nurses, AMAZING. Surgeons...amazing. Every thing else has been a horrible experience. Lack of communication. Rude lazy nurses. Medical supplies used and contaminated left lying on window sills, visitor chairs, etc. Pictures to prove it. I'm giving the overall experience a one star because the bad outweighed the good. Banner hospitals much better. Zoe and Erica should go somewhere that doesn't drag them down. Currently waiting for Stephanie the case worker to get out of a meeting. I was ASKED to come here and pick up stuff they failed to give my sister when she was discharged to a skilled nursing facility. Its an hour drive. Now forced to wait an hour because no one seems to know what I'm talking about.

OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER REVIEW:
I was extremely worried about coming to this hospital because not only the reviews, but most Abrazo’s have been going downhill as they seek more profit. The outpatient surgery center and staff were amazing and the care I reviewed was great. They were kind, listened to my concerns, made me comfortable, and my post op recovery was one of the best I’ve had so far. I cannot speak on the rest of the hospital or ER, but as for the surgery center and the Abrazo outpatient staff, they were great. Thank you to the staff in this department!
