In going through the process of online ordering of a tilt-in-space wheelchair, Joshua was so diligent in ensuring all specs were correct and he talked me through each section when something seemed unclear (to me) on the Quickie... website. I am ordering from several states away, which makes ensuring fit and comfort a bit more challenging. Company is great and the wheelchair ordering process was easy. Josh did an excellent job helping me reconfigure my order after noticing some measuring and configuration issues with my original order form. I am now confident my new wheelchair will be perfect for me after making these corrections. Will definitely come back for anymore medical equipment needs!

Service is always provided with great respect and consideration. Since I live in another country, the purchase had to be conditional on visiting the USA. Order sent to the factory and the store's availability to retain the product and resend it close to the date of the visit.
I would especially like to thank Joshua, who took care of everything with great professionalism and respect!
I found the wheelchair on another website for even cheaper, but I felt safer with them!

This was my first experience with Southwest Medical & Rehab - a pleasant surprise. Joshua Dickerson was amazingly helpful and walked me through every step. I used services from my local GA facilities but will certainly be a repeat customer - the services offered by Southwest Medical was far and above my past experiences and other medical services. Extremely friendly, Joshua gave the best customer service experience I've had in years for any online order. He explained everything in perfect detail, and clarified things into terms I could understand. If you are ordering mobility equipment, I definitely recommend going through Southwest Medical.

I searched around town for a company I could take my rollator to have the brakes adjusted after learning that one of the brake handle totally stopped working. I could not find any place that would meet my need since I did not buy it from them (I purchased it through Amazon). I finally reached out to Southwest Medical & Rehab and Jeremy (who was super nice) said bring it in and ask for me and we'll take a look at it. I learned the mechanism in the handle broke. He said it can call the company in New York and see if they have the part. After having broken my femur in my polio leg and currently going through rehab I could not deal with the wait. I asked if they had a similar rollator because I really liked the one I had. They had one almost identical reasonably priced and I walked out with a new rollator. As I was going to leave, I asked Jeremy if he can show me how to adjust the brakes, he replied "just bring it it". Jeremy was so helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Thank you all for your wonderful service and willing to meet my needs.
