This place is a joke. I placed an order for compression stockings and was informed that the order was accepted and would be filled. A few days later I was told that the order had been shipped and that I would receive a tracking number. Neither occured -- I was not given a tracking number and the items were never shipped.
To make matters worse, RMLM submitted an insurance claim for items they never shipped. (thankfully, the insurance claim was denied for the reason that RMLM used the wrong coding.)

This is an update of my earlier posting and the saga continues. After my initial review, RMLM informed me that they had shipped my order. However, when I received the order it contained one pair of compression stocking -- half of what I had ordered and the wrong size.
I then returned these and was told another shipment would be made containing the the full order in the correct size. Mike of RMLM then provided me with a UPS tracking number, but the shipment was never received. When I contacted Mike, he informed me that UPS had apparently lost the shipment. But, when I checked the UPS tracking number it indicated that, although RMLM had created a shipping label and tracking number, it had never delivered the package to UPS.
When I confronted Mike with this fact, he told me that he would personally deliver the order. Needless to say, it never happened.

I met Mike at the PregoExpo in Phoenix and at the time I was having difficulty getting my insurance to cover a breast pump for me.
My insurance said that they wouldn't provide my free breast pump until a month before I was due and that I must have coverage at that time.
Knowing that I was leaving the company and would only have coverage for another week - I went to Mike to see if there was anything that could be done.
He contacted my insurance, set me up with a pump, and it was delivered the next week!

These guys are amazing! They act quickly, and provide excellent service every step of the way. We were able to get the supplies we needed on very short notice, and had a play by play each step of the way. So grateful, especially to Mike for his extra TLC.

Horrible experience with this company. Poor communication, poor service. We have been told so many things that have not happened. We ordered a breast pump through this company and have been told multiple times it would “be delivered tomorrow” and nothing is delivered, and we get no call from the company. We are days away from delivering our first baby and dealing with this. It is really horrible and we don’t feel like we can trust them.

Very poor service, late delivery up to weeks and incomplete orders. Consistently!!!!!
Mediquip much better. This company was used for 2 and 1/2 years. Progressively got worse as described above
