Paul has totally changed my practice! He was kind enough to demonstrate a shockwave unit for me, which I knew nothing about at the time. After seeing results for myself, I had to get one. He took the time to educate me on the differences between units and helped me determine the best one for my practice. And he was right on! On the very first day we used the machine enough to pay off the full monthly payment! These guys are the best, set me up with financing, made it easy, and were very patient with me as it took me months to be ready to make my purchase. If that’s not enough, the support has been phenomenal, and Paul himself even helped me roll it out at an event we had to help demonstrate for my patient base. Very glad to have worked with Paul and PCT medical services and I recommend them to anyone considering making a substantial med device purchase!

Paul from PCT Medical Services Inc. has done a wonderful job of helping me to bring RPW therapy into our practice. From explaining it's use, showing us financing options and ROI, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed and working properly, and even traveling out to train us in person, he made the decision to go with their device and company one that I am happy with and feel truly supported in. If you're looking to add reputable products into your practice from a solid company, you wont go wrong with them!
