I just received my new wheelchair today, May 17th.The customer service with Vinny and John were excellent. Vinny was great with the wheelchair assessment he was very thorough asked questions and answered all of my questions. John delivered my wheelchair, he explained all the features and warranty. He made adjustments to the lumbar portion of the chair which made it more comfortable. I would have given it five stars but the processing time took much much longer than I expected. Overall I'm satisfied with the service I received from this company. I will give a update on the wheelchair itself after having it a couple months.

I had a screw fall from my power chair that needed to be replaced and today a professional, efficient and totally pleasant technician named John came and in no time was able to replace the screw as well as give me very good information about my chair that I did not know. I appreciate the efforts made by Valley Seating to get me back on the road to independence. Thank you all so much.

It’s been a long time got denied twice with insurance, but they kept on pursuing so I finally got approved. Vinny and John are amazing to work with. The whole team is great.t work with I recommend them for any any mobility or needs they definitely will take good care of you and won’t give up until you have an end product

I want to document the following experience with Valley Seating and Mobility:

Upon contacting Valley Seating and Mobility on August 6th or 7th regarding an ultralight wheelchair, I was given information about the process. I promptly informed my doctor and requested that all necessary information be sent. On August 9th, I followed up to ensure my doctor forwarded all the required details. I was informed that the processing was still ongoing and was advised about the 24-hour timeline for processing, as well as the need for a PT evaluation and measurements to get an ultralight wheelchair.

Subsequently, on August 13th, when I attempted to follow up and inquire about progress, I was transferred to the rehab department, where my call went unanswered, leading me to leave a voicemail. Today, on August 16th, I contacted Valley Seating and Mobility again, only to be informed that they do not deal with ultralight wheelchairs. This is perplexing, as I had a detailed conversation with a representative last week regarding the entire process.

Moreover, this information was not disclosed when I requested the names of the individuals in charge of the rehab department for future reference. Per my understanding, I was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours of placing my order. Unfortunately, the level of service I have encountered does not align with the 5-star reviews the company has received.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this experience further. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I was surprised when John called to set up an appointment so quickly and came out the same day. He is knowledgeable, kind, and a wonderful person. I have had him out in the past as my power chair needed service and he diagnosed the problem and repaired the chair on yhe spot. Only once did we have to wait for parts to come in for a few weeks. I really like having John care for my wheelchair.

Alphonso is courteous, an excellent technician and communicates well. However, I am grateful that my husband is not totally dependent on the wheelchair we purchased through Valley seating and mobility - as he would have been left without a means of getting around while waiting for 2 repairs so far.

Excellent customer service and explanation of all services provided. Seating evaluations and pressure mapping were done thoroughly and fitting of new power chair was completed with all and any questions answered professionally and with understanding. An overall very pleasing experience from strat to finish!! ?

I love this chair, can cook and get glasses and plates by raising the chair up go in the fridge to get things on the top shelf when my legs get swollen just raise my legs up dont have to stay in bed all day thank you so much for this chair gives me so much freedom, love love love it goes in my ramp van just great dont have to struggle even drives in the rocks and i dont get stuck
